Sat in the Vanceboro, NC drive thru line for 15 minutes before making it to speaker, then another 30 minutes before I made it to the window, that’s when the rude cashier informed me that it would be another 20 minute wait on Mac and cheese. At that point I kinda lost my temper cause they had plenty of time to make it just from the time I ordered and the time I made it to the window. The cashier was rude, disrespectful, and had an all around nasty demeanor about her. That’s when the manager came over and even though they were busy and she was obviously dealing with a crew that doesn’t like their jobs, she was just as pleasant as can be and did everything she could to resolve the issue and apologized several times about the situation. I was EXTREMELY Satisfied with the Manager and her service, but BOHANGLES needs to hire her a whole new crew that’s going to actually help her and do their job.

Good gawd this food was delicious! I haven’t seen one of these places in a couple decades. Ate the the one off of West 118 in North Carolina, across from the Shell Gas Station and the food was super fresh, hot, and downright awesome! I thought I was the only one who liked seasoned salt on my fries! Nope! Bojangles does as well! Excellent chicken tenders and the biscuits taste as if they are made from scratch. Highly recommended as on top of all that you get great customer service.

This location is fantastic! We stop here between the beach and Greenville. Not sure what they’re doing here but the food is better, hotter, and fresher than any other location I’ve been to in eastern NC. My 4-year-old loves supremes and fries and each time we’ve gone to the Vanceboro location, he says that was “extra good” Bojangles.

This place use to be amazing! Now, it’s gone downhill. They forgot my fries in the combo, so I walked back inside to let them know. When the nice girl who was working drive thru told the girl who made my order, she looked at me and said oh, rolled her eyes and walked away! This will be my last visit to Vanceboro Bojangles.

The sausage egg and cheese biscuit was fine the sweet tea was fine the sausage and gravy biscuit was fine but the cheddar bow biscuit I could have threw at my windshield and broke it. It was so hard you could not even bite into it I don’t know how long ago they made it.
