Not the friendliest place I ever visited but cordial enough. The food was very good. It was hot. They are stingy with their servings of Cole slaw. The place was very clean. It was a typical fast food restaurant with no atmosphere. The food came to us in a timely fashion so all in all a good experience.

Called up there after my order was made wrong, didn’t receive biscuits and they didn’t fill up the fries. Was barley enough fries for my two kids and husband. Called and spoke with someone to have it replaced. Went to get replacement, was gave a run around trying to confirm the order taken, order was still wrong. And worse on top of that. (Asked for just breast and thighs, didn’t even get a thigh.!) Was given dried old chicken. Just sad. I’d rather have the box car parking lot back rather than give that place money. They definitely don’t care for the meaning of customer service. Highly recommend going to any other location.

This particular Bojangles surprisingly good the employees were professional, the chickens crispy and the biscuits were fresh, I will have given a five stars but it needs a little tidy up on there restroom a good restaurant always have a clean restroom.

Food is fine, but this was the slowest “fast food” I’ve ever experienced. Took about 15 minutes to get from the order speaker to get my food. Then they forgot the fries and I had to go all the way back through and wait another 20 minutes. 35 minutes after my initial order I get a “here you go” with my fries. No apology for forgetting it or for the long wait. Absolutely terrible service.

If you want the worst experience, I recommend this Bojangles. Won’t take large call in orders from a business even if you offer to pay over the phone when ordering, instead you have to order inside the restaurant and wait wasting time. After this they will probably get the order wrong as they did today and gave me 25 of the wrong biscuits.

We ordered our food and they told us to park in curbside pickup, it then took them 30 minutes to get us our food AFTER we had to go in and voice our complaint. About 10 cars had come and gone with their food in our time there.

The worst food I’ve ever had from them, biscuit was so thin that when they sliced it open to put in the chicken it fell apart into little near paper thin pieces when I tried to eat. The chicken was dry . Very disappointed with the cajun chicken biscuit.
