The food was great. When we pulled up to the window to get our food, the man with the grey beard was nice. However, the man yelling in the back at his coworkers (the one who took our order) made me not want to come here again. Treat your coworkers with respect.

Food great. Service abysmal. Today their computers were down. The other day they ran out of chicken. Before the “power was out” yet the lights were all on. 6 times out of 7 in the past 3 months I’ve got to the drive through and there’s been an issue. I can’t WAIT for Huey Magoos to open 4 doors down. It will put this Bojangles out of business and honestly it deserves to be out of business was.

I’ll start by saying I love Bojangles food. But, today on Long shoals we had a horrible experience. I ordered a kids combo for my grand daughter and a chicken biscuits for myself. She did not get anything she asked for. They said my biscuit was in the box with hers. It was not. She got no drink and the entire crew was having a yelling fight about who was suppose to be working right inside the window. I will never stop there again. Poor management!! A bad situation!!

I had just finished driving 8.5 hours to visit some family in Arden so I stopped at this Bojangles for dinner at 9:05pm. When I pulled up to the drive thru and ordered a chicken tenders meal, the employee told me “that’ll be about 45 minutes because we’re about to close,” so I asked when they closed and she said “we’re already closed.” So, confused, I pulled into a parking space and checked their hours and just as I suspected, they closed at 10pm so they were open for another hour. I was extremely disappointed in their service and was left confused why it would take 45 minutes to make chicken tenders at a CHICKEN RESTAURANT when they still had an hour before closing. Absolutely ridiculous, poor service, and poor attitude in employees. Do better

I stopped by on my way to work around 6:45 am. There was 1 car in the parking lot and I saw a lady sitting in the dining area playing in the phone. Apparently she was the lone employee and responded to me at the drive thru. She stated that they were having IT issues and wouldn’t be able to serve me. This was the same excuse one of my coworkers got 2 mornings in a row this week at this same location. When I drive by on the way home in the afternoon, the place is busy and apparently there are no IT issues. Is this a mornings only problem? Do the managers/owners not notice the lack of sales in the early hours?

No one taking orders in the dining room, drink area was sticky top and bottom, floors sticky and dirty. Many tables were dirty and not wiped off at all.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese buiscut and a sausage buiscut. When I got my order the only think I got was a sausage and egg buiscut. I waited at the window for a minute, the guy finally can back and seemed super irritated he asked me what was wrong I told him but he keep cutting me off and finally said “so u need a sausage egg and cheese and sausage buiscut” he said this in a very rude manner and then practically threw the two sandwiches at me. I was literally the only car in line so idk why he was so frustrated, and he was just simply rude and probably needs to work somewhere that doesn’t interact with people.

They have a sign up saying they are open till 7 pm. It’s not even 6 pm and they are turning away people from dine in. I watched the staff lock the doors and tell people they can’t come in to eat.
