I have been ordering family meals via mobile app regularly from the Columbus location and never had an issue with delays until today. I pulled up to the drive thru line and said I had a mobile order. “Brandon” proceeded to tell us he didn’t have a mobile order but a moment later found it. I placed it 5-10 minutes prior to arrival. He said it wouldn’t be ready for 30 minutes. He suggested us driving to Landrum to get the order there, that it would probably take less time to wait. I asked if it would be quicker to order at drive thru as people were coming and going through the drive thru line.

My daughter and I stopped by the drive thru this morning for a biscuit. I went to put my grape jelly on and noticed a kinky black hair in between my egg and biscuit. Needless to say, I lost any desire to eat after that. It was absolutely disgusting!! We went back, and I showed the cashier she apologized for the hair. I asked her if the kitchen staff wear hair nets, and she explained they were not required to wear hair nets. I worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years, and hair nets are a must bc everyone loses hair throughout the day. It’s common sense that if you’re preparing food for the public, you should wear a hair net!! Makes me wonder if they are even washing their hands before preparing food. We won’t be back. Which is sad and inconvenient for us since we are locals.

Made an order online with this bojangles and I received a call to tell me they didn’t have anything but dark chicken.I asked where they were located and when they said NC, I immediately asked to cancel the order. I thought they were in SC.

I pulled up to the drive through window to find the drive through employee eating haribo gummy bears. Then, while he asked me to pull forward while I wait for my order, he spittled gummy bear onto my car. Disgusting experience.
