I ordered a chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit and got a dry plain chicken biscuit and ordered a coffee and three creams and got a coffee and no creams. I was charged for the egg and cheese and the creams was on the ticket. By the time I found out I was too far away to turn around. My fault, I know to check before I drive off and the one time I didn’t it was wrong.

Went around 8:20ish this morning and we got a chicken biscuit and bacon and cheese biscuit. We paid and was told to go wait so we did 5 mins go by and nothing. I go in ask what’s taking so long cause no one said anything to us (my fault for not asking) he asked my order and I told him he said we was waiting on the chicken and in the mix of that the girl who was making my biscuit did it wrong and unwrapped it and took the egg off. Get the chicken biscuit and it’s barley warm. And to top it all they gave us the wrong drink. Definitely lost my business.

The service here is atrocious. I ordered a coffee with my breakfast at the drive-through and they didn’t put the lid on properly. So, when I grabbed it, the lid came off and splashed coffee all over me and my car. The woman at the window didn’t say a word. Didn’t confirm I was okay or apologize for not securing the lid, not a thing. She just stared at me as I tried to mop it up. Luckily I wasn’t hurt because neither the coffee nor the food was anywhere near hot but I could have been burned. I was shocked at the disinterested rudeness. Choose a different place for breakfast.

Just went by there, they forgot the gravy for mashed potatoes, the egg on a egg biscuit was overdone/about burnt. Ordered the chicken supreme box, and the tenders were the size of chicken nuggets, and seasoning fries had no seasoning on them. Even asked for Honey mustard for the chicken and they forgot that. For the price and having to wait for almost 10 minutes, it’s a little ridiculous…

The store is new and fresh. I like the design of the store. Food has been great so far and if it’s not been correct they made it right quickly and with no complaints. My favorite part of the store is on the outside it’s the beautiful big American Flag that is flying high as you can see in the pictures I snapped while there today.
