I’ve always seen these while traveling and thought the name was funny to sing. The biscuits were delicious! Everything else was just mediocre and the service topped it off as being a typical fast food joint that you’re going to have to park and go back in to fix the order or get part of the condiments they forgot.

It is a typical fast food place but the STAFF!!! Holy Mackerel! Whoever the management is, they do a great job recruiting happy people. Before COVID, they had really nice staff but since COVID… IT HAS NOT CHANGED! They always greet me with a smile, even when they are slammed busy, even when the lady in front of me cussed at them, even when it is early in the morning they are ALWAYS bright, smiling and kind. You don’t see this level of warmth and kindness often anymore and I so appreciate them!

If you have an hour to wait around in a drive thru then this is for you. Just waited over 45 minutes for some Bo rounds and a 3 piece in the drive thru. Made me pull up to the door and wait. 3 other cars had to park and wait too. Wow.

Same basic lobby as most Bojangles and it was clean. Food was mostly fresh, bo rounds got cold sitting on a tray waiting for a biscuit that the kitchen apparently missed. Other biscuits were still relatively warm. No big deal to wait but I had to be the one to ask the cashier what the wait was since customers with the same items behind me already got their order. No response from cashier. Asked her to just replace the missing item with something else as the rest of the food was getting cold. No response. Repeated myself to ask the kitchen what the wait was on then she finally went to ask. They simply missed the item. The customer shouldn’t be the one to initiate conversation with the kitchen. Prices at this location are higher than most other Bojangles I’ve visited.

Not a bad place to grab a quick bite when visiting Mars Hill. If you compare it to KFC you will be even more impressed. Staff was super nice. Not sure if this is this particular location’s charm or a branding initiative. Management even does table touches. Very welcoming.

The Service was very bad today. They were telling people to leave because it was going to be 20 minutes for the food. When you got the food it was cold. People were walking out because it took so long just to make an order. They were not professional at all.

Still can’t dine in. Why?? Have they converted to drive thru only? 27.00 for an 8 piece family box with pitifully small pieces of chicken. Prices keep getting higher while size and quality goes down.
