Jackie and Crystal were absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!! Someone was in training and accidentally dropped the Bo Rounds. Jackie came out and apologized for the inconvenience and gave us a complete refund for having to wait. We told her no worries. And Crystal was amazing when she brought the food out. She also apologized for the wait. These two were amazing workers and they need recognition for their hard work and dedication to the company!!!!!!!!! Bojangles in Fletcher next to the truck stop, you definitely have our business!

Traveling out of state. My first time trying them. No fries. Food was not dropped fresh,it was just sitting under a light/warmer,looks and tasted like it had been under the light for some hours. Mac n cheese,rice was good. Pretty much the food was okay it was room temperature would’ve been so much better if it was fresh. Another issue the worker starts cleaning/sweeping while we are sitting eating. Like that should have already been done they were not busy prior to us coming In or after. I felt like that was sooo disrespectful. We will not return to this location or probably any location. First impressions are the most important.

Sammi the manager is on top of things. Despite people in the back kitchen area doing a lot of talking and not a lot of working, Sammi took our order, hand delivered it to our table with a smile. Food was hot and fresh, so the kitchen people must have been doing something right. We ordered the fried chicken, Sausage Egg and Cheese, and a Bo Chicken sandwich with fries as our order.

My husband’s strips were warm and dried out. The tea was not up to Bojangles standards (my opinion). My Mac and cheese was dry and warm, not hot. We were disappointed.

First time here after my best friend from the army recommended this place. He said it’s better than kfc and Popeyes and man their is no denying that. The taste of the chicken and how juicy it is, it’s so darn good. Great tasting coleslaw and beans. It was very tasty and definitely worth a try. It will definitely satisfy!

Worst service we had here, we ordered 2 sweet teas and when they gave us our food and drinks we received a coke and a large unsweet tea and the biscuits were hard and burnt. I proceeded to call that bojangles and the manger lady was rude and unprofessional by saying “im no longer taking this conversation further”. Then immediately ending the call. This place is a joke wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
