Todd… your customer service is terrible. (I know your name because I asked.) I watched you through the window as you barked at your staff. You wore no mask. You wore no gloves as you were touching people’s food. (All of your staff had on gloves and masks.) When you brought my food to the window I asked you a question and you rolled your eyes. Did a online order. Got to the restaurant waited 20 minutes until it was my turn in line. They told me they had not received my order. I said I have a email saying you did and it’s ready. I would either like my food or my money returned. The manager told me to call the number on the app so I stood there and called it and it was the stores number. Needless to say they had no response for that cause it clearly said call the store for order issues on the app. The evening crew I can’t say nothing positive about them. Still waiting for my refund.
