The last 2 times we have went there, they didn’t have chicken legs. What kind of restaurant that specializes in chicken does not have chicken legs?!? Very disappointing to our daughter both times. This is bad for business. We ended up getting chicken legs from IGA across the street.

If it weren’t so expensive, it’d be okay. The tenders are very crunchy, fries seasoned lightly, Pepsi was very soda water-ish. Not much flavor. Manager very nice. Cashier had no idea what meals were $5. Only two are, btw (both chicken parts, versus tenders or biscuits). A tender snack doesn’t include a drink so make sure if you want a drink to order a combo, which totals around $7.18. If food was excellent, would be worth expense. Just so-so.

Attitude of staff is as if they could not care less if they had a job or not. Made the order wrong and management argued to fix it.

Normally I don’t have an issue, but from the time I attempted to place my order I guess the lady was having a bad day. I normally try to stay positive, friendly and upbeat in hopes I could give her a smile….but once I got to the window, yeah I wasn’t the bigger person, I matched her energy and then some.

Very rude over intercom. Very rude at window. Will not order from here again. Employees are young and rude. Does not treat their customers right. The girl taking my order told me to stop yelling over the intercom. I wasn’t yelling. When I pulled up to the intercom to oder my food instead of speaking saying what would you like I get no one and so I just started speaking . Very rude. I guess this is the best kershaw S.C can do . Needs to be replaced with something better. I give this place a star 1 because this is exactly what it deserves. How it got 3 star is beyond me and others that have made complaints in the past .
