Went through the drive through . We have been to this location enough to know to check to make sure the order is right . They gave me a side of Mac n cheese with one order instead of the additional family size we paid for . While they were fixing this I pulled the fries out . They were so hard they broke when you bit them . The inside was hollow from being so cooked . I asked for a replacement . The girl threw the fries I returned . I hope she was aiming for a trash can . We get to the house . The replacement fries were in the same condition as the ones we returned . The drumstick in the meal was the size of a wing drum stick . When they replaced the Mac n cheese we did not get a side on our meal . The spicy chicken in the biscuit was hard and overcooked . We threw out the fries. They weren’t eatable .

Very friendly staff! Esp the sweet lady on drive thru! My bo-rounds were a little too greasy… Like they got dropped in oil that wasn’t hot enough yet. Only gripe! The steak egg and cheese biscuit was delicious!

Ordered 2 chicken biscuits and once I got all the way home I realized the chicken was terribly overcooked and too chewy to eat. Not Happy. This wasn’t cheap so it was a waste.

This place is absolute trash. They let homeless people in the lobby to beg for change and the employees are terrible. The girl in orange I have in the photo is an absolute horrid human being. She has a disgusting disposition and an even uglier attitude. She had the audacity to call me a liar and swear at me. The unprofessional male cashier told me that ot was my responsibility to ask for my receipt. Not true. It just goes to show what a weak management team they have at this location. They must let their entitled and arrogant employees walk all over them. Everyone in the building was upset with the long wait and terrible service recieved

My wife and I went through the drive through and ordered an eight piece family meal. We were told that it would take an extra ten minutes for our order. We paid our money and we’re asked if we could move to the end of the drive. After waiting over twenty five minutes, I went in to see about my order. Every employee (the three that I could see) were on their phones. When I asked about my order I was told it would be another six minutes. That would have put us at an half an hour for them to fry some chicken. Had we gone inside in the first place, we would have never placed an order. The place was nasty. I asked for my money back and when the manager (Jada) came to do the refund, she was on her phone as she was walking. She was rude, and seemed to be determined to take another half a hour to open the register and refund my money. I never received an apology. In fact she told me that I needed to apologize to the customer that was in front of me. I did to which he explained I didn’t owe him an apology. I am a business owner and if I treated my customers that away, I would be out of business!

It is what it is. The customer service was good. Just go to this place to get what they are good for. We went for breakfast, and I was underwhelmed. Biscuits were dry, chicken dry. But it was served with a smile.

Went through the drive-thru, and the young lady who was taking the orders wasn’t very attentive. I placed my order for a number 14, and she called back for a number 13. I told her I wanted a number 14 instead of 13, and she got an attitude with me. When I got to the window, I could see why she misunderstood my order and got snippy, I was interrupting her conversation with the young man in drive-thru with her. She then told me to pull up, but not the reason why.

In today’s world, where customer service and self pride are so rare, it is refreshing to find a fast food, or any restaurant for that matter, where the employees are competent and friendly! The Bo on Hwy 6 seems to be that place!

one of the worst service experiences i’ve ever had at any fast food place. like so shockingly absurd it’s actually laughable. they refused to bring my food out for curbside pickup after i sat in the curbside spot for a half an hour and tried calling at least 6 times with no answer. only until i parked on the actual curb in front of the drive-thru did they magically answer the phone saying my food was ready. when the manager, Jaysen, brought it out he tried informing me the curbside spots were across the driveway so i informed him i’d been sitting over there for the past half hour and his excuse was that they couldn’t see me which i don’t believe since the drive-thru window (circled) was right in front of the curbside spots (boxed) and i could see people in the window through my car mirrors but also did they not see i notified them on the app around 12:30pm when i arrived, then i tried re-notifying 10 and 15 min later just in case they missed it, AND how did they not hear the phone ringing for as long as it did? AND if they can’t see the curbside spots from the drive-thru window, there’s a whole wall of windows at the front of the building they could’ve looked out of. it’s not my or any other customers’ fault that y’all put your curbside spots in places you seemingly cannot see, but the issue wasn’t my white kia optima’s visibility in clearly visible parking spots, it’s the fact that this location (honestly like the rest of the locations around lexington and columbia) couldn’t care less about serving food. all i got was a lame apology and cold food at 1:03pm. so disappointed and sad.
