Not only is this the worst service I have ever experienced at a Bojangles, it is quite probably the worst service I have have received at ANY fast food joint. We entered the dining room. There were customers dining in. There was nothing to indicate that the dining room wasn’t open and no signs up to indicate that. There was no employee to take our order. We waited several minutes. No one. Another customer came in to complain about an item left out of their order. That was taken care of. The employee looked at us, but quickly left for the back, without acknowledging that we were there waiting. Time went by, probably ten minutes, and 2 more employees looked right at us, including a manager, but no one came, so we left.

This place was filthy. Cockroach in the floor. Our food took way too long. The cook was eating while making food and took two breaks while we were waiting for our food. No napkins. Bathroom was disgusting. Never again.

Waited too long with only 2 cars in front of me. I don’t mind waiting on good chicken but this chicken was poor at best. It was not golden and crispy but lukewarm and soggy and a dull brown color. I really couldn’t taste the signature spices. No more Newberry BO’s for me.

Not only the prices have been raised egregiously, but the fries I got were cold and the biscuit was over-cooked. The chicken was good but $11 for a five piece supreme, being charged extra for sauce, cold fries, a crunchy biscuit, and impolite employees is ridiculous. Maybe I had a bad experience and they normally do better, but I was very disappointed.
