So I thought the purpose of the intercom was for the food to be ready by the time we get to the window, I sat in line for 10 mins to get to the window where the guy running it is eating and speaking with food in his mouth, had to substitute the bo rounds I wanted for fries that weren’t seasoned at all, and when I tried to ask for some napkins was actively ignored and he turned his back to me….. I wish I could give zero stars but here we are….

Not an experience just my orra that oozes off me to you and everyone I encounter coming throughout our drive thru!!!! Y’all make getting up at 3a every Murn-Ting worth it!!! Went to the drive thru for lunch. Just wanted a sandwich and fries. No drink. You’d think a simple sandwich and fries would be cheap and quick, but they told me $12.50! $12.50 for just a chicken sandwich and some French fries, not even a drink. I was about to take the loss and just buy it; but then we sat in the drive thru without moving for what felt like 20 minutes. I ended up pulling out and leaving before I even got to the window to pay. Too long a wait for some overpriced, and most likely sub par quality food (considering the last time the fries were cold and soggy and the sandwich had a nugget sized chicken). I went to cookout and got a burger, 2 sides, and a drink for $8. And it only took me 5 minutes from ordering to leaving. It was delicious and everything tasted fresh btw. I will never return to a Bojangles. Close immediately

Terrible terrible attitudes at this location on this day 2/26/2023. I was waiting for my order and noticed how these young people there talked to customers. Also, the management and other staff members had drama going on in the background, and on top of all that, the food was terrible, the rice was soggy and you almost had no choice in what part of the chicken you want, and the tea was really nasty. I hardly ever go to this location and this was a reminder why I don’t go there but thought I would take a chance this time. Seems like there is no basic understanding that customer service and quality food is job number one, and to be friendly and polite with all customers, even when customers are not so nice. Without the paying public, they will have no job, so it’s best to be polite and nice to the people who took the time to give you their business.

Went through the drive-in at 6:00 tonight (prime dinner time) and ordered two breast and wing dinners. When I got to the window and saw my ticket, it said two three-wing dinners. I asked the cashier and she told me they didn’t have any breasts cooked. I asked her why I wasn’t told that when I ordered. She said the person who took my order probably didn’t hear me. She then proceeded to tell me that I could not change my order at the window. I told her I wasn’t changing my order. I wanted what I ordered. Needless to say, she couldn’t care less. I paid almost $10 for three wings and two sides. Ridiculous! This location has rude employees and obviously no management. Who doesn’t have chicken breasts cooked at 6:00? Aren’t they in the chicken business? ♀️

I sat at the order board for 7 mins and was unable to submit my order after waiting in line for an additional 15 mins. Oh and there were only two cars in front of me. SLOW make sure you don’t have anywhere you need to be before you pull into the broad street location in Sumter SC.
