This was the best service from any fast food restaurant I have ever visited. First, the restrooms were recently renovated and are very clean and huge. Second, the GM, Dorell, was a pleasure speaking with and actually took my order, and had the food in my hand within 2 minutes. Now, That gets me to the third thing…. The food took literally less than 2 minutes to get to me and it’s not like it was sitting waiting for me, this food was fresh and hot and cooked perfectly… Delicious.

Food wasn’t the hottest , there was a girl who I later asked her name (Melisa) friendly,she was cleaning when we came in while other employees did nothing ,so she put down every thing and put a great smile ,happy to serve us and you know you have good employees she even brought our food when it was ready.Then went right back to cleaning. TO ME IT WAS A ONE WOMAN SHOW,I ask her name she told me and I advertantly told her you are the only reason we will come back..By the time we left the floor was spotless she cleaned the restrooms and took another order in between.GREAT EMPLOYEE, FRIENDLY BUT NO HELP….PITIFUL WAY OF MANAGEMENT. Melisa, thank you for making our visit worthwhile.!!

20211203 stopped by around 5 pm and there was no lines. I asked for 1 leg and 2 thighs, and got 2 legs and a tiny thigh. Oh well. maybe that’s what they have. The chicken was hot, freshed cooked. My dog lives her Bojangles.

Guess they’re serving old food to pay for the remodel because every time I have been there since fries are cold and taste like rubber. This is the last time I’m going there. I shouldn’t have to request fresh food.

hopefully rating the correct Bojangies Restaurant located on Elmwood Ave, Columbia South Carolina..i patronize this restaurant only because of convenience and now that has ended…what a severe lack of service, courtesy, business attitude, and appearance, they must be DESPERATE FOR WORKERS.. this restaurant seems to always have one issue after another, [we can only take cash, the drive through is closed cone inside] on this particular day I visited it was near noon, I decided to go inside to order, there was a line, the cashier was assisting with getting food out, as patrons waited she continued to look out at us but not once were the customers greeted not even, a “I’ll be with you in a moment” NOTHING, NOTA, if looks could talk, I’d say her expression was, “I don’t want to be bothered, why don’t you people leave”..perhaps they were short staffed, but gee wiz, acknowledge your guests.. i along with five other patrons just walked out…poor, poor, poor
