the fries were good but very inconsistent , some had a lot of seasoning, some had none, and some were soggy when some were crispy. The chicken tho, tasted awful. almost unbearable. and there is no longer non-spicy chicken which is also very dissapointing

When you order an 8 piece family meal, you expect to get what is advertised. The chicken was warm, not hot. It was also 4 legs, 2 breast, 1 thigh, and 1 wing. That’s not cool. You should ask if that is acceptable because you don’t have enough chicken ready. We would have waited for you to prepare more, or we would have opted to go somewhere else.

Cashier does not do their job. She asked what I’m ordering I say 4pc combo l, before I can even finish the order she runs away and starts to make it. She made the order to go I was eating in, she gave me fries I wanted mashed potatoes, I was given honey mustard, I wanted BBQ. I’m sitting here correcting the whole order after its made because the Cashier won’t take 1 minute to ask the questions they are supposed to and let me complete my order before they start to make it. I will leave you with this I work across the parking lot and eat here allot, this is the second time this has happened and I will not go back to let it happen a third time.

This particular location over the years, has been relatively consistent with the food. Most of the time it’s hot and fresh. But, for whatever reason the men’s bathroom is damn near unusable at times. I’ll let ya’ll think on that one. And I know the managers are pulling their hair out trying to find folks to work, much less actually show up. But, you gotta do the job even if they don’t show up…and the management I’ve seen there, actually does.

Ordered food on app. Gave them an hour to make my food. Came to pick up. They had no other costumers there, only me. I go through the drive thru to get my food. They tell me they haven’t even made it yet. The app said the food was being made yet despite all the extra time I gave them, with no other customers keeping them busy, I was still made to sit in the parking lot and wait for my food. Absolutely horrid service.

Pretty solid and reliable food. Consistent quality. Drive thru line moves fast and efficiently. They will screw you out of a buck or two, upsell, charge extra for sauce, etc., so check your receipt

I’m sitting here waiting for my order. No one is in front of me or behind me but I was still asked to pull forward. I was charged $0.82 for two honey mustards. I spent over $20 getting meals and combos but had to pay extra at the window for honey mustard. I am not entertained.
