I wish I could give this place -5 stars! I initially ordered a two piece dark meat. I was told they didn’t have thighs dropped and they weren’t going to drop anymore. It was 8:30 PM. They close at 10 PM. So, I ordered a four piece chicken tenders. I got undercooked chicken! I almost barfed when I saw this. I was praying I don’t get sick. Whomever runs this establishment gets a . Sadly, this isn’t the first time I got poor service. Don’t visit this place!

Big brunch.. Cajun filet, egg n chz biscuit, with seasoned fries, and boberry biscuits. The chicken biscuit is delicious with either honey mustard or jelly and the boberry biscuits are a sweet treat for dessert.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I wanted to make a comment about their cleaning methods. The bathroom was so full of dangerous chemical fumes that I nearly passed out. My lungs and eyes are still burning and I feel extremely nauseous and dizzy. This can not be healthy for the staff or the clientele, they need to be trained about safe cleaning practices. I hope that this message reaches the management.

As time goes by, things are definitely changing. Seems like everywhere you get less food, pay more money and get questionable service, but the young lady at drive thru was friendly, helpful and entertaining. The food was hot out the grease and I won’t complain about how salty the fries were because they were hot and flavourful. At the moment they are getting things right, don’t go by and mess up their flow, be nice and let them shine!

The people were very polite but the food was not that great in my opinion. The fries soggy, the biscuit was good, chicken ok not much to flavor. The sauce is what I think made me feel queasy. I couldn’t take it back because I was traveling & a state away when it hit that I was feeling ill.

Went through drive thru. Combos don’t come with drinks, and we weren’t offered to purchase one. Which left us with over seasoned fries. Saying #3 with a sprite. Didn’t help. However the drive thru did go quickly.

They had NOTHING on the menu I wanted… No Bo rounds, Mac and cheese, dirty rice or pintos. The staff didn’t seem to be bothered that they were providing a shell of the menu, demonstrating the lack of pride in the work at this location… Shame! They remodeled the store… How about the attitudes and commitment to Bo quality??

Went to Bojangles yesterday morning and ordered a sausage biscuit combo with fries. The biscuit was great the fries were either fried too hard or old at 9 am and the sweet tea was sour. Didn’t have time to return because I was on my way to work. Not usually the type of service from Bojangles. The young lady at the window was very nice and said thank you and your welcome.

Horrible customer service. For no reason either. I was happy and friendly all the way up until I was thrown crazy attitude just for asking for a condiment that SHOULD automatically come with the meal I ordered. But that’s a different story. Definitely won’t be returning or will I suggest anyone else to!
