A whole sandwhich was missing from our order. We called back and the manager stated that she “Double checked the order” (which clearly didn’t happen) after we did not get our full order. The manager then said she couldn’t do anything about it and was very dismissive at the end of the phone call. Very poor service. I guess my family and I will be splitting a sandwhich. It’s a shame that Bojangles food is good but the people who represent it don’t do a good job.

Forgot our breakfast sandwich and wouldn’t own up to it. Ordered through Bojangles app, picked up at drive thru. Got home, called as one sandwich was missing. Defensive saying that they checked our order twice. Then TWO workers missed one sandwich. We ordered TWO of everything, so no excuse, as easy as possible! 2 medium bo-rounds, 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and 2 bo berry biscuits. Asked for ketchup and grape jelly at window and they put in a total of 2 packets of ketchup for 2 medium bo-rounds (12 2” potato rounds). I hope they’re kidding. Lost themselves a set of customers! They passed the phone on to someone else who said there is nothing they can do, checked it twice, and told me to have a blessed day.

Very rude and nasty. Fire these employees. Asked the cashier for fresh fries, the cook asked the cashier “WHO ASKED FOR FRESH FRIES?” The cashier said “a customer”… The cook looked at me, rolled her eyes & said “They don’t need fresh fries, I’m not making that.. they doing too much”. Cashier ended up making my fries bless her heart. Watched them be rude to other customers but I’ll only speak on my experience. Disgusting batch of people in there.

The food a 2 piece snack was horrible. The chicken which I got at 4:45 was cold and dried out like it was there since 12. The Sweet Tea that was supposed to be a $1 they didn’t have any cups, so I received a small tea same price . Didn’t know a snack didn’t come with fries anymore, so I ordered a small seasoned fry and got a large. There was no seasoning on them. What a waste of $13 dollars. You don’t have to worry about me coming back to Bojangles on Beltline and Ft.Jackson Blvd or the one on Garner Ferry which is even worse !

My family and I are on the way to Savannah, GA and the kids get hungry, of course. So we stopped at our family favorite “Bojangles” Listen, If you’re trying to get to your destination at a certain time do not come to this location. I had to go back in 6 times for these people to correct my order. I got so tired of the looks and attitudes that I sent My Yaddy in and then he had to go back 3 more times. The chicken was burnt. The tea was unsweetened and you all know not to mess with a Southerners sweet tea. I give this location zero stars. They even had an attitude for not serving me justice when they were the ones who couldn’t get it right. It made me feel a little picky but you charge me $.43 for sauce so I’m gonna need my order correct.

Just drive to the next location. I waited ~10 minutes for my food. They gave me this deformed, white biscuit. I requested another one and the staff said all their biscuits come out like that…that’s a problem.

Worst bojangles. Just go to another one or opt out of going in general. Everytime I go here the person taking orders is having multiple different conversations while trying to take my order and it’s always wrong. When I tell them it’s wrong they tell me I have to go back around and order again. So because y’all suck at your jobs and can’t get an order the first time I’m supposed to waste more of my time? I’ve never encountered more useless fast food employees. Nobody forced you to get a job you don’t want to do, now you just make it harder for everybody else. Absolutely good for nothing.

Drive thru was extremely unprofessional blaring music thru the drive thru speaker so that no can be heard on either side only to get mad about not being heard. Then, they gave me a 3 peoce combo but charged me for the 5 all cold and all while the staff cut up and joked around won’t be back to this sub par restaurant. You should make sure your employees know how to count to 5. And from judging by the review section the owner/manager needs to learn how to run a business.
