Absolutely the worst customer service we have ever experienced. I should have known with the disdained look on the waiting customers faces when we entered. No greeting coming, not the worst thing we waited for about a minute before the cashier actually came up to the register. When she did she just stood there and looked at us. That was our que to order. She mumbled the amount and gave us a ticket. When our ordered was ready she held the bag up and was like here. Just don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else. They are rude and unprofessional.

I don’t eat chicken tenders from Bojangles but I love their fried chicken. That being said, I asked for a thing of honey mustard to dip my chicken in. Because my chicken was on the bone and not boneless I was told I had to pay for my sauce. I would have had absolutely NO problem doing that had the employees not been so rude. And if they weren’t rude enough, their manager definitely was! I will not be back simply because of the way I was talked to.

07/07/23. Husband called and said to cancel his order he never got. Waited and waited never came out and wouldn’t answer the door. Him and another guy had to leave to get to work. Never stop there again.

If I could give them a -10,000 I would. I asked for fresh fries with light seasoning salt with my 3 pc tender meal. They asked me to pull up tried to order something else they said I had to drive around but nobody was behind me in line. The girl at the window have no customer service experience at all. Tenders was cold my fries still wasn’t fresh. Had to ask for napkins because none was given. I wouldn’t recommend this bojangles to anyone.

I went to this BOJANGLES, they weren’t busy, matter of fact I was they only one in line. Simple order with mashed potatoes and coleslaw I got home no mashed potatoes. Those were for my grandkids. Not sure who’s worse y’all or Popeyes. Next time I will try KFC.

4 raw supremes. Like raw raw. Still pink all the way throughout. Old stale tasting fries. 15 dollars for a meal I couldn’t eat. The biscuit was ok, way crunchier than the chicken that’s for sure. Only gave 2 stars because the girl gave me 2 honey mustards… too bad I couldn’t use them.

I see why I stopped patronizing this location! First the employee with the bleached blonde hair was extremely rude when I needed to add a drink to my order and actually rolled her eyes directly at me while I paid. If I had time I would’ve cancelled my whole order then. Got home to eat the food chicken was cold, old, and dry! Fries and biscuits were undercooked literally doughy! The legendary sweet tea was nothing of a legend taste like yesterday’s UNsweet tea. I will back off from going here again for a very long time!
