Why Me
Well let me say this. Horrible!!! Employees talking rude cold food and I had a employee talk ugly with no respect and the lady manager didn’t do anything. She came around and being disrespectful also. You can’t have kids running a restaurant or business. They don’t have any home training. I’m a 48yr old black man, and these kids are very disrespectful. The sad part, the only white employee there was the nicest and wasn’t disrespectful. I’m just shocked on how kids act, I’m not saying because they are my black family, I’m saying it’s a reason why young people are targeted. Everyone on shift should be terminated!!! The manager don’t have no control of the employees

The person who works drive thru ( seems like she doesn’t care or just lazy) dont understand why the drive thru cant do Two separate orders during lunch hour. Definitely lose money that way. Honestly went to McDonald’s right after & had no problem with two separate orders..

Not a great representation of the Bojangles brand. I guess most importantly the food is as would be expected (good), but physical space is small, needs renovation, and most importantly really does not appear to be all that clean including behind counter. Service is friendly but slow.

Stupid cashier Generic DT, at station 3, lied to us about our total, 14.78 (it was 14.28) we have her 20.03 she freaked out, couldn’t do the math! Gave change back 5.03 saying we made a donation when we clearly said no. Asked for the mgr. TT ? Came over gave us the right change and then the girl gave us our food, no fork, no napkin and didn’t put the lid on my hubbys coffee, spilled it all over his pants, all over the steering wheel and seat. I love this place but lunch if they don’t have cars in park line it’s chance the food is not hot n fresh. The last 2 times I went for breakfast they got my order all wrong.. just word of advice. I’d go somewhere else. For the pricey food I want it right.
