Went in with my niece and her boyfriend while we were traveling. It was obvious we were together. There was only one couple in the seating area. My niece and her boyfriend ordered and paid for their meals. I stepped up to order but the 2 women behind the counter walked away and started preparing my family’s meal. I waited. They actually brought them their meals and my family stood there waiting for me. I hadn’t even ordered yet! I caught their attention by saying excuse me and asked them to make my family’s meals to go. We left. Of course, one of the girls could have been new (?) and they did a few drive thru orders but still … I went down the street and ordered from another restaurant and we ate in our automobile. Family said the meals were okay but could have been better. I ate my tacos and was satisfied.

My first and likely last visit to this location. Placed a mobile order without issues, but meal was disappointing. Overcooked biscuits and missing a piece of chicken in my three-piece order. Reviewed receipt, definitely ordered three pieces. Since I was in a hurry to begin a long drive to attend a funeral, I failed to keep my own rule. Just a reminder to double-check your order before leaving!

So I waited over ten minutes inside for my order which was a new bojangles bbq sandwich and a chicken strip combo. I watched three sandwiches go out the window before I even got my order. The sandwich was the wrong sandwich and wasn’t even rung up as a combo. Looked like my chicken strips combo was just thrown in the box with no care. Bunch of kids working that don’t care and the manager just wants to make the kids working happy

Everyone was super busy, but as society has changed their habits by using drive thru it has left the register barely attended for the sit down guest:( The staff was very friendly and accurate withe the order process.
