I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I experienced at the Bojangles drive-through located in Laurens. Today, I arrived at 6:08 AM hoping to be promptly served, as I had an appointment and needed a quick meal. To my dismay, there was a car parked in front of me that had been waiting since 6 AM. This already indicated a lack of efficiency in the drive-through process.

It s about 8 people waiting on their food,and the workers are waking around doing nothing,on their cell phone.all that good stuff. The young lady shirt was so dirty that I almost got my money back. Every time it’s a long line,their customer service is POOR! The chicken had day old grease taste,I feel like taking it back. I threw up trying to eat it. Very disappointed!!!!

I ordered ahead a large order for 11:30am. My order was ready, however, there was only 1 person running the eat in. She was struggling with keeping up and how to ring in special order. There were 2 people ahead of me and I waited for about 10 minutes until I got to the counter. I feel it would have been much more efficient to have at least 2 people up front. 1 to run the register and 1 to fill the orders. Especially since it was lunchtime.

This is a sorry excuse for a Bojangles. The drive through was a 20 min wait. While sitting waiting to order we could hear the employee over the intercom cussing the customers as they drove away. They forgot to turn the intercom off and my daughter was in the car. After finally getting my order placed they forgot to give me my card back. We pulled up and checked our order and it was wrong so I had to go inside to get the orders corrected. While trying to get my order correct the staff was extremely rude and made nasty comments as I was walking away. I refuse to return to this facility until something is done and I urge others to do the same.

They don’t have Bo where I live so I’ve been wanting to go to one for a long while. I drove up in a semi (bobtailed,) and parked. One of them saw me and opened the front door for me to come in. They were short staffed with only three people working and because of that they only had the drive through open. They made an exception for me and I was able to order and get a great meal. Even though they weren’t in ideal conditions they didn’t make excuses or take it out on the customers. I haven’t had Bojangles in years so it was a good experience. Shout out to those three. ✊

This place has the worst service of anywhere I’ve ever been! Unfortunately this had happened dozens of times if Laurens had more places to eat I would never go back! They asked me to “please hold “ at the window and no one was even in the drive through! For ten minutes! The workers have an attitude especially the manager. I’ve had the unpleasant experience of dealing with her a few times……wow is all I can say. I’ve never, ever received my order filled correctly. In a dozen orders they have not once gotten it right. Tonight they have a taken it to a new level . No gravy on the mashed potatoes, and a tiny spoonful of dirty rice! Tiny spoon full! Honestly 1 star is being generous.

Drive thru wait was 10mins, placed my order for 4 piece chicken supreme combo. The supreme was small and burnt and I only got 3 didn’t have time to park and go in to complain because I was on my to work. But want be visiting there for a while.

Cutoff while giving order. At window, heard there was no cooked chicken. Also, while at window, heard rudeness to a woman ordering. Place must be having difficulty. Last Sunday, 4/30/23, there was a sign saying only 2 people showed up for work. Food is still very good.
