⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Bojangles! As an influencer, I was excited to try their unsweetened ice tea with extra lemon, but they were out of lemons at the drive-thru. However, the manager stepped in and went above and beyond by cutting fresh lemons for me. The unsweetened tea with extra lemon paired perfectly with their delicious chicken filet biscuit with hot sauce. Kudos to the fantastic staff and management for making my visit exceptional! Highly recommended!

Ordered several items in the drive thru. Was told the half of my order would take 6 minutes to cook, after I waited over 5 minutes in the line. I was given half my food and told to go park. After parking and waiting almost 30 minutes for my food I had to get out my vehicle and go inside to get it. After getting attitude from the worker I left with my order complete. Needless to say half the order was cold by the time I got home and the other half was burnt to a crisp. Don’t waste your time or money at this “restaurant”.

Got steak biscuit, hash rounds and orange juice. Need to teach biscuit maker how to make them. Biscuit was flat and hard. No butter on it. I’d bite into it and it crumbled. I was so disappointed. Cost too much to be like that.

Got a vegetable plate and I asked if it came with a biscuit .they answered me yes but failed to give me one..so I was gonna call just to let them know…and they have an answering machine! What business has an answering machine..so disappointed in this kind of service
