I called my local bojangles 40 times and got no answer. So I placed an order on the bojangles app and when I got there they said that they didn’t have the chicken I ordered. I had to order on door dash instead of the app. I paid with my credit card and asked how I was supposed to get it back. They eventually gave me cash back because they didn’t know how to deal with credit cards. WTW! I am so disappointed and probably will never go back to another bojangles again. Unacceptable!!

Went to get my Lil girl.and I breakfast. A large bo rounds a steak egg and cheese biscuits and an egg an cheese biscuit should never cost almost 20 freaking dollars . The lady said . Oh we just went up.on our prices .this is sad over priced way over priced . Take this to social media . This is union not atlanta.

The food is great. After placing my order, it didn’t take long at all to get the food. However, the problem I had was the young lady working at the window. She was very rude. After she handed me the food, I told her thank you and hope you have a great day. She immediately closed the window. Common courtesy isn’t so common anymore, especially with the younger generation.

Normally I eat hya couple times a week. For whatever reason, the service and food has been on a decline. Today I ordered something I order fairly frequently. I have been getting either the chicken’s not hot or the fries are not hot or the soda really tastes not quite right or they hand me a small instead of a large. Today I ordered a chicken breast and Wing meal, with only fries. First the young man who took my order told me I had to order two sides because it came with two and I told him that I only wanted one. So I get to the window and I give them my money they give me my food and I come home. It is a very cold and rainy day today. I get home hoping to sit down and have a warm meal but no, it’s the wrong meal. It’s a leg and a thigh. There’s no mistaking a thigh and a leg from a wing and a breast. So I paid $8.70 for my meal and it is absolutely not what I want. So it’s going to be a while if I ever go back to Bojangles. I can go to other fast food and get the opposite of what I ordered and it wouldn’t cost this much.

We’ve (my family and I) decided Bojangles is our favorite fast food chicken joint. Better than Popeyes (whose restaurants are closing faster than the doors on a Manhattan subway platform). Better than KFC (I’m not gonna go there as to whether they use real chickens or not). Just don’t let a Cane’s come into the area, Bo.

Great food, but the BIG news is the Pork Chop Biscuit! Honestly I love pork, and as many great cooks as we have in our family, this was THE BEST PORK CHOP I’ve had in years. Absolutely delicious! We also got the meal and the potatoes that are included ACTUALLY TASTED LIKE POTATOES! It was the best fast food meal, bar none, we’ve had in Union, SC. Plus their service is fast, they have great fast food prices, clean restrooms and genuinely friendly service. We will be going back for sure!
