The lady who took our order was polite. That is the only positive thing I have to say. Our biscuits were undercooked. The fries had zero seasoning on them. They did not have unsweetened tea, which I prefer. And my mom’s sweet tea was soured. Before leaving to get back on the road, we went to the restroom. We would not have eaten if if we had used the restroom first!!! In the hall, outside the restroom, it appeared someone had punched several holes in the wall, inside which was stashed a variety of things like toilet paper and chicken bones! Disgusting! But it gets worse. The bathroom was literally infested with gnats! This was the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. Never would have eaten there had I walked into the restroom first!!! Do better!….MUCH, MUCH better!!!

We sat and waited for food for over 30 minutes while other individuals got their order with no apology or explanation. I see why this restaurant has an 87 grade in regards to their food and they should have a lower grade for service. Waste of time and money.

I passed this Bojangles as I was headed towards Robert’s BBQ on Ashley Phosphate, and the sign said $5.99 for a 2 piece meal with 1 side. I then quickly turned around, and OMG, not only was it much cheaper than the $17.00 I was going to spend, it also delighted my taste buds and was perfect for lunch time. Thanks, Mr. and Mrs. Bojangles.

ordered a two piece chicken box chicken was hard and green from what I looked up chicken was ethier sick or old before cooking unsafe to eat regardless they did refund the meal also ordered a chicken biscuit meal nothing wrong with the biscuit so I ate it the fries were cold but I dealt with it and ate them however I ordered a extra side of macaroni that i never received .Whenever we returned for the refund we mentioned the macaroni missing said they could not refund it if we did not have it???? We stated we never received it then they said we would need to to have the whole chicken biscuit meal to get a refund on the macaroni but nothing was wrong with the biscuit meal other than the fries being a little cold so I ate it so why does that excuse you not refunding a item you never gave me ??????

We order 2 chicken finger meals with buffalo dipping sauce. We got enough chicken fingers for 1 meal with no dipping sauce and the wrong drinks. The fries were cold! The best part of the meal was the biscuit!

And I knew I shouldn’t have stopped at this dang on Bojangles. Even from the parking lot I knew it was a bad idea but you know what I tried anyways. So I won’t lie the cashier was very pleasant. So let’s get to this food first I didn’t have a biscuit I had a briket. Darn biscuit so hard can’t eat it and jelly did not help. Next the chicken was mushy so I’m assuming that’s undercooked cuz I don’t work at Bojangles. Then somebody had the nerve to put white gravy breakfast gravy at that on lunch potatoes disgusting. Oh and they didn’t have nothing to drink but mountain dew not even tea. Bojangles you need to do better and don’t blame it on the pandemic all the employees cuz they were in there with a smile
