Went yesterday with my boyfriend. They gave him a pepsi instead of sweet tea and our chicken tenders were SMALL. You would think that if the tenders they breaded were really small, they would give you extra to make up for it, but clearly not. I’ve never had a chicken tender i could eat in one bite until i came here. Additionally, about a week ago when i was here again me and 2 other groups of customers were waiting at the front counter for 10 minutes for someone to come take our orders but they never came, everyone ended up leaving and going through the drive thru instead after minutes of waiting. Terrible service and the workers clearly do not care.

The service at the restaurant has gradually become bad. Poor food management and long wait times. Don’t order online, when the Chicken isn’t ready you would be trapped waiting for the food as it seems orders online can’t be cancelled by the user.

The chicken was so dry and the sides weren’t even filled up they were literally half filled and the biscuits were as hard as a rock so over cooked and no hot sauce???? Like how does Bojangles not have hot sauce…

My three coworkers & I were in town for a meeting & needed a quick lunch. There was only one other couple in the restaurant. We each ordered separately. We each had 4 incorrect orders. Doubt I’ll eat here again. The food was meh. Fries weren’t completely cooked & that’s what 1 of my coworkers was most looking forward to eating. ♀️Bad day? We understand.

Chicken was cold, mash potatoes were plain. Ordered a family meal thinking that the gravy came with the mash potatoes. Boy was I wrong. Had to pay a additional $5.00 for gravy. Bojangles is a Hard No for me.
