Went there to get some lunch and all the people who were there after me placing their orders, about 7, received their orders. I got tired of waiting for my food and just left. They couldn’t even give me a refund for my order. Oh, and the place needs a clean up specially on the drink area. Horrible service over all. Go eat some where else!!!

Traveling to Charleston at least once a week, stopping to either get breakfast or lunch and every time there is a problem. The service is awful or the food is cold, it’s midday and lunch time, every other Bojangles I go to at lunch time food is very hot and delicious, but this one is always giving out chicken that is old and full of grease, where you have to turn around and go back inside and ask for fresher chicken. Your associates that work there wouldn’t eat what they give the customers. They cook theirs fresh, so why can’t the customers get the same thing.

I only stop here out of convenience since there isn’t much else in the area. My order is rarely correct. Today I ordered a grilled chicken club and it has no chicken in it! Service is very slow. No one seems to care about being fast either. Very disappointed every time I think they deserve another chance. Don’t think I’ll give them another.

It’s not as good as it once was the chicken seems to be much smaller and they have a lot of people working in there. It seems as if you owe them something it depends on the crew That is working there are times you go in and they’re the most respectful , kind, and caring, People that you will ever meet and then others. They need to fire the whole crew. They need to start at the top And I’m not talking about just a manager. I’m talking about the person who hired the manager because because it’s just not right. The way that’s certain crew runs that store. It filters down through all the employees they have a bad Attitude and when you leave there it’s as if you leave with the attitude it’s a shame I don’t know when to go.

I’m so sick of this these unprofessionally, no smiling, rude people there. No Southern hospitality. Even though the food is OK this place can really use some cleaning up especially when it comes to their staff. There’s not much fast food options in the small town but we would love to have some better customer service when we come for food, let’s get it together Bojangles!

The food and service just has never been too good …the chicken always have which is a sign of uncleanness and sometimes it smells and tastes funny …well at least the one on Ashley phosphate…I can’t say the same for other places
