READ THE REVIEWS! THEY ARE CORRECT! Using the app saves you NO TIME! People come & go & you’re still waiting for your food. Although you checked in on the app & email, they don’t answer the phone so you get in line (what the APP was SUPPOSED to keep you from having to do!) & they reprimand YOU for not calling when you parked(15 minutes ago). Since they don’t answer the phone what good would that have done anyway? They need some tech lessons… and manners wouldn’t hurt either!!

Absolutely wonderful experience last night by some wonderful ladies working night shift. We had an awful experience at the Ladson Rd (supposedly out of chicken an hr before close, had no desire to wait on us as employee had to be pushed, seemed a bit racially motivated but could have misheard so don’t quote me) one so we came here. They were super accommodating, very nice, and went the extra mile to make sure we didn’t repeat a bad bojangles experience twice in 15 min. We will only go to this one locally moving forward.
