I tried to order a grilled chicken biscuit , mind you its morning time and the grilled chicken biscuit is on their breakfast menu , the lady on the speaker REFUSED to serve me a grilled chicken biscuit . I went through the drive thru a total of 3 times over the course of 3 hours and each time i was told they didnt have any up yet , so when i asked when would they have some ready i was told at 10 o’clock … i then proceeded to tell the lady on the speaker that i come here daily and normally receive it with no problem well before 10 o’clock …. It saddens me to know that i could be bluntly lied to like that . Its basically false advertisement why put it on the breakfast menu if you refuse to serve it until a specific time !!!!

Went inside to order. Paid for my food. The girl didn’t give me a receipt. So I asked her for a receipt. She said the paper was out. It took forever to get my food and still no receipt. I got a large drink and it was only a little over half full and she even glanced around the corner at me when filling my drink so I would know that she did it on purpose. My bo rounds looked good until you got to the bottom then they looked gross. Worst customer service ever. F this Bojangles!

Terrible. Waiting over 10 min to order. No one else in line. But to be fair the drive though was busy. No Bo rounds. No straws. How do you not have straws after you give me a drink with a lid? And I’m so sick of places charging 50c for dipping sauce and telling you that after you oder. I will not be back

The interior was gross, the employees…. ATTITUDE. the lady at the drive thru window asked me to repeat myself 3 times when asking for a receipt (she walked away from the window every time I asked and then said HUH? when she returned), after the third time, I clarified myself and was given an attitude.
