The wait was unreasonable! Quoted 15 minute wait for chicken. Then quoted a 10 minute wait on Mac cheese. It has been 45 minutes and I still don’t have my order! What is their problem? 5 employees working and still nothing!

I used to enjoy eating at this location but recently it has gone down hill. I order 2 gravy biscuits and when I get home the gravy consistency is like milk with and most of the “gravy” was soaked in my biscuits making them soggy. It’s very frustrating when you have people that think it’s okay to serve incorrect food.

Seems very understaffed. Line backing up around the building, and they locked the doors before closing hours (which are 9 am for some reason? Even though the website says 10) staff seemed polite though. But, it’s the company’s responsibility to get a restaurant the staff they need…

The service is bad because everything you go in they are just standing around and talking and . Something it is out . Someone one is not order supplies to last a month or more . Went out chicken and out of sweet tea . So how do you run a business like that .

I like Bojangles, but this particular location seems to always have something wrong. I’ve gotten biscuits that were raw in the middle, missing food, incorrect orders, etc. The people themselves are usually nice, but seem to just lack food service skills. The only thing I have never gotten messed up is the Bo-Berry Biscuits from this location.

The food is good, but be prepared to wait. The management changed a few months ago, but it’s back to how it was before the change. Sometimes they are fast, sometimes slow, sometimes the inside is open, sometimes it’s not…I guess it just depends on who shows up for work. It isn’t just this location. All the Anderson area Bojanges are like this.
