Workers needs hair nets, boberry biscuit was hard an burnt, told my daughter that they couldn’t fix her another one talking bout it’s okay an soft. An didn’t even take a minute to look at the burnt, she came home disappointed so i went up there an told them an the manager that they wouldn’t eat them why give it out no matter how much icing u put on it its burnt an hard. It was a fair experience. Went to drive through to get two biscuits. It was afternoon time like 2 ish. Seems to take forever to get anything around this time as opposed to morning hours. No one in drive thru but waited almost ten minutes anyway. Then another ten to fifteen waiting on those two biscuits. I can understand if they were busy, but no one inside either. They n Hardee’s are very similar in afternoon hours. Both need to up their game.

Horrible service. Arrived at approximately 7:45 with only 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. Ordered a 3pc chicken finger combo, a large bo rounds, and a Cajun chicken biscuit. I was asked to pull up and someone would bring the food out. At 8:30 a man walked out and asked us what we had ordered… I told him exactly what it was. Got our food at 8:35. The chicken finger combo was ICE COLD and the chicken biscuit was a very old disgusting ham biscuit instead. I’m super disappointed that I waited almost an hour for food that we don’t even want to eat.

I just love getting home and discovering they forgot to put three entire peoples meals in our bag. Nothing like paying for food you didn’t get and dealing with attitude because they can’t figure out how many biscuits go in two orders of the two bo-berry biscuits. I had to explain it was 4.

We had a neighbor to pass and all of their family and friends were going to be gathering at their house. I called ahead of time to see if we could get some plates, cups, and napkins to carry with the food if we purchased the food from there. The manager was very nice and said, ” no problem”. So we went and purchased two tailgate or family meals. They gave us the things that we asked for so that the family didn’t have to wash dishes. I felt that was very nice of Bojangles manager to do that with them having a death in their family. We purchased chicken and biscuits, potatoes and gravy, macaroni and cheese, dirty rice, green beans and pinto beans and a gallon of tea. We thought that made a good meal for them. Thank you Bojangles, manager and crew for good food, service, and kindness.

Went ofc for biscuits, went to restroom before ordering. Glad I did. Went to wash hands, and there were some roaches in restroom. I washed hands and left . I know this can happen sometimes but it’s Not what I want to see in a restaurant

Food is not as tasteful as it used to be and the portion is definitely smaller. Wait time in drive thru was extremely long. Employees would not listen to what I was ordering and I had to repeat myself several times at the drive thru speaker and both windows.

Since Covid it’s been a disgusting ghost town. The workers here are more interested in talking about their baby daddy drama than doing their job and making peoples orders. This is the lousiest Bojangles in the southeast.
