The newness is gone apparently and it’s run (ruin) like every other Bojangles with employees hanging out behind equipment on the phone for almost 10mins while the line backs up inside and out (& during lunch rush). Orders were incorrect, out of multiple side items in lobby.

We went there tonight ordered a wing and thigh meal asked for Cajun pintos and Cajun fries. They didn’t have any Cajun pintos we were alight with that bc it was an hour before closing so we got rice. We got our food got right at the red light and tried the chicken it was hard as a rock. Went back through the drive through and asked them to remake our food the manager witch was a white lady just gave us our money back. Not even the whole amount that we paid for the food and I said this is not right she said you kept the tea!!!! I told her she could have her tea back and she told me that she was calling the police bc we asked for all our money back when all we wanted was for them to re make the chicken. The First Lady that was at the window was very nice to us but when the manager came she was very unprofessional and rude to us. I will ever come back to this location again. The manager needs to be fired she is running off good customers. If I could give a zero star I would and I never leave google reviews. Bojangles y’all need to do better

I hate to leave a bad review, I don’t normally but we live close by and have gone quite a few times since they’ve open. I’m pregnant so I get cravings. Every time we’ve ate at this location our order is wrong. The fries taste stale. For instance tonight we ordered two chicken boxes. We wanted legs instead of thighs. She said we could do that. One with fries and pintos, the other with mashed potato’s and dirty rice. Neither had legs in place of thighs. Both boxes had fries and pintos. Fries were stale and had no seasoning on them. This location sucks.

One of the staff was extremely rude to customers. There was a delay because chicken was being cooked. Instead of explaining the situation he was yelling at customers ” do you want your money back” when they asked about there orders. Another employee went back to work after smoking without washing his hands.

This is for the management and owner of this location. Please have a serious conversation with your employees about customer service skills and how u DONT complain about having customers. Your employees are hired for specific duties, and one of them is definitely NOT being rude and complaining about the stability of their income being there while they complain about them. Suggest a remote job so they don’t have to come in contact with people who just want a freaking biscuit. I don’t understand Anderson and the fact of how just about every place here has horrible customer service and unsatisfactory food quality. When I was growing up and working with customers… the customer was the one being rude to get something for free… not us being rude bc they simply came to shop there….

3rd time I’ve been to this location due to the proximity of my home. Every time the line is wrapped around the building and I wait for 20-30 minutes to get food. Employees have no sense of urgency and are hanging out and some even talking on their cell phones. I went this morning and the line was wrapped around the building once again and tried to go inside to order and the door was locked. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here because they obviously couldn’t care less about the service provided here.

Brand new restraunt. Dining room was closed during lunch hours. Went to the drive thru & waited 10min to get to give order. Tried to order fried chicken & none was available. Only chicken fingers! This country is just about gone

Dang, I had high hopes for this place. Its in a convenient location but this is strike 3 for me. The latest strike was they waited til we got to the window to tell us the chicken won’t be ready for another 15 minutes. The place wasn’t that busy, so why wait to tell us til we get to the window after already ordering and waiting in line? It was quicker just to go across the street to Ingles, which has pretty good chicken. Other alternatives nearby: China Restaurant and El Manzanillo Mexican Restaurant are excellent!

Waited 20 minutes for 3 chicken tenders and a biscuit, not busy at all, employees walking around talking on cell phones,i really wanted this place to open here, close and a really good location, but they probably need to screen the employees better before hiring, maybe just a start-up thing, hopefully it will get better
