We came through drive thru and ordered an 8 pc meal, I asked them to substitute legs for the wings. Knowing how this younger generation is we checked our food. We had 2 legs , 3 breast, no thighs, and 4 wings. I went back in, they did replace my order correctly so I thought, they only filled my coleslaw halfway. They we’re more worried about joking around, using foul language in front of customers to worry about getting orders correct

We were not impressed. It took way too long to get our food and it was not worth the cost. Chicken was way overcooked as well as very small pieces. We were given the wrong drinks after correcting them 3 times. I don’t think we’ll be visiting again. We were the only people in the drive-thru so I don’t believe it was because they were too busy.

We ordered a 3 piece and a 4 piece combo. The biscuit was delicious. The fries were soggy and tasted like grease, and way too much salt on them. The chicken pieces were rubbery and lukewarm. We were not given straws for our drinks. My first visit here will be my last.

Ordered lunch on the Bojangles app. You do get a free steak biscuit for your first online order. Placed my order for curbside, pick up time was 10:30. Why they would place the curbside pick up area in front of the store is beyond me. This set up is all kinds of wrong. The drive thru line is sometime around the building in front of the curbside pickup area. Then there’s the problem of getting out of the parking space. All was well, I was able to get out, the person behind me let me out. The food was ok, chicken tenders are too spicy for me, and so was the honey mustard sauce, but I didn’t have to cook!! Btw I wasn’t able to place a breakfast, because it said that it wasn’t open after 5am. (Online)

Went there on 04/16/23, ordered two 5 piece chicken supreme combos bo sized fries and two drinks. We only got three strips, wrong drinks and cold fries. All the staff had AirPods in and were running around yelling at each other.
