I only go to Bojangles because I love their Dirty Rice. I went to this location and when I was able to get into my bag and look at my rice it was so over cooked. The rice was huge and had no meat in it. It looked so bland. Im a truck driver and I can’t even go back and get a refund. It looks as if the rice has been sitting for a while. Im so disappointed ☹️

Every single thing is disgusting. From “cleanliness” , to their attitude, to the food. Here’s a “3 piece dinner” . Took forever to even order , much less get the food and the tea was sour. They weren’t busy either.

Husband and I stopped here on our way home for lunch. All of the tables were dirty. I went to the counter and asked for some spray to clean a table. One of the employees looked at me as if I was irritating her for actually doing her job. Not only that I asked for a sweet tea and they gave me unsweetened tea.

This Bojangles #0963 location is consistently a disappointment. More often than not you will wait 15+ minutes for your order. This location is notorious for being out of stock on one or more of your favorite menu items. Finally, the customer service here is often rushed and frantic – despite the long wait times.

Ordered pick up thru app… had to wait in line 20mins after my order said it was ready. Then had to pull to curb and young lady was rude when she brought out my food. Then I called and asked for a manager and was told they weren’t sure if they had one there at that time. Then a lady came to the phone and refused to give me the rude young lady’s name to make a complaint. Horrible staff.

Went to drive thru and they said it would take 30-50 minutes to make 1 order of their chicken tenders. Come on now if you don’t want to do your job find another one. It doesn’t take that long to make tenders
