If I could give 0 stars they’d get triple zeros. So our chicken was overcooked hard to chew, the Mac and cheese tasted like BURN meaning somebody burned the food and scraped it out, then there were brown pieces of something in the blame Mac and cheese.They forgot my coleslaw go I guess I should be glad about that bc it would probably have been yesterday slaw or some other kind of horrible. Literally this mess tasted nasty tonight chicken Mac and cheese and all. Biscuits were even nasty and hard they weren’t burnt but tasted sour. I ended up having to go inside to get this order as it was online, they had my order sitting in the back on a shelf there were 3 females back there running their blame traps (mouths). Bad attitudes all around tonight. Acted like it was an inconvenience even being present. Up front someone’s purse and belongings were in the basket on the line no food in it but still food will be going there at some time in the future. How are they still open? That’s disgusting. Not hungry anymore wanted to call but all of a sudden they are closed

I can’t even rate the food because I didn’t even get any. After the AWFUL attitude and treatment I received by the person at the drive thru, I decided to leave and spend my money elsewhere. Huge disappointment. I have never in my life dealt with such a rude employee at a fast food establishment. He acted like it was so inconvenient that he had to take my order. Unbelievable.

every time i come here it gets worse and worse. the person at the drive thru should be fired today for the BAD attitude I was given. i was pulled around and waited for over 30 mins just to be missing things and they refused to give me a receipt. When I went back in to get what I was missing I was given an attitude as if I was the problem. This place needs a whole new management team. Everyone here is nasty and none cares about their jobs!

Napkin dispensers are filthy. Tried to order a chicken sandwich at 11:30, was told it was a 7minute wait. I don’t understand why an employee was talking about a drive thru customer “disrespecting” him loud enough for us to hear him. As we stood waiting for a drink cup and 2 biscuits, since we couldn’t get what we were going to order.

Horrible service. Two biscuits were thrown at my 80 year old father because they gave him the wrong order and he brought it back. I consider this assault and hope nobody else has to deal with this type of service. Insanity.

Ordered ham bisket and seasoned fries could not eat bisket it fell apart was not done inside ate ham out of bisket and maybe a hand full of fries and they tasted like they were cooked the day before so for 9 bucks I had a slice of ham and a few fries won’t be back!!!!!

I had a craving for chicken fingers so I came to this location. I pulled in the drive through and my order was taken fairly quickly. When I got my chicken fingers, they were rather small so I asked if I could get another one or replace my meal. The employee was kind and gave me a new set of tenders. They were unfortunately cold by the time I got home.
