Ordered a 12pc chicken family meal, they substituted a breast with a thigh without informing me of the substitution. Chicken was hard and dry as it had been sitting under the warmer for a while. Biscuits were hard as well. Normally the food is great and so is the service but it was way off. I went in around 4pm and it was carry out.

The men’s restroom floor was soaked (hopefully with just water but probably not). The toilet had urine or rusty water all over it. The floor had green stuff near the toilet and the floor looked like it was fallen in. My wife said there was a couple of roaches in the women’s bathroom. The cashier was super nice though and the food was normal as all other Bo’s. So rating is strictly based on cleanliness.

Used the drive thru. The order was right, and the wait time was short. A good alternative to Zaxbys for when their line is long. Especially since Bojangles aren’t stingy with their fries.

The dining room was not open on Monday, April 24th. Why is Bojangles so mismanaged? They seem to have more problems keeping employees than their competitors. They often don’t have chicken prepared and have long wait times for the drive-through.

This location needs to update their hours of operation. It currently states that they open at 5am, we went through the drive thru at 6:40am and was told they weren’t open yet.

Food is good except for every single time my husband and I come here our order is always wrong. It seems that they never want to put pimento cheese on his biscuit. We used to go every Sunday because it’s the only time we would have breakfast together. However now we only go 1ce every other month and it’s still wrong. It’s just not worth getting charged for something that your not going to get, especially if you waited 15+ minutes in line for it.

This has to be one of the worst run locations in the franchise. I don’t buy food like this often, but of the last 2-3 trips I’ve made of the 4 times this year I’ve stopped here for a quick bite, something has gone majorly wrong. Once late this summer they closing by 3pm during a Friday why? Lack of employees. Another time no chicken. Today’s problem? Can’t take any credit only cash. Ugh.
