I never do google reviews but I felt this one was worthy. Ordered a Cajun Filet biscuit in the drive thru, when I get home and ready to eat my biscuit I open the paper and notice there a small black spot on the top of my biscuit. Upon further inspection I noticed it was a dead FLY!!!. Totally disgusted and annoyed I called the store and spoke to the manager. He was quick to tell me “we don’t have flies here” which is obviously a lie and then offered to exchange the biscuit of I came back or to give me a free meal next time I came In. I declined because I want be returning! I have had poor experiences there before but this one even tops them all!

Service is subpar. I truly dont think a mobile order should take 35 min when the restaurant is not busy. I felt sorry for the one female employee running the front line and drive thru window tonight. The other employees were hanging out in the back doing nothing. Just makes me laugh that they always want more money but are not willing to work for it. If you don’t like the job, I get it, trust me. Go find a different job. I’ve worked fast food, too. I know it sucks.

Unimpressed. The chicken was old (look at the color), veggies on sandwich not fresh. It’s possible to have a much better sandwich, I had a great fresh one at a Bojangles in Mercer County, WV.

I have given this location many chances and they continuously let me down. My food is always cold or old. Then when I asked for fresh fries they get an attitude like I don’t deserve fresh food that I paid for. I’m sure they wouldn’t eat cold fries. I asked for fresh fries while ordering one time and the lady told me they were short staff. What does that have to do with getting fresh food. I rather wait for fresh food than be rushed through the drive thru with cold food. Also, they ran out of biscuits and had a long wait for some to bake. I was given an option for an extra strip, which I was fine with. While inside getting some better fries, I observed the new batch of biscuits and they were burnt. Smh. Please clear house and start over or retrain the staff.

I asked for a 8 piece family meal I’m allergic to blueberries and would not have ordered these kind of biscuits mind you it was 850 and I think they close at 9 o’clock but if that was the case they shouldn’t have took my money if they were going to do the wrong thing food was cold and wrong and I will never be back there again good luck to whoever eats here Very disgusting

This place is pitiful. Ordered 8 piece w/ 4 biscuits on the app; arrived at pickup time and waited another 15 minutes. Did get to watch 8 drive through orders get fulfilled before any employee acknowledged I was there. Also got to hear some pretty salty language from the staff. Disappointing is an understatement.

First time trying a bohangles sandwich. We had the Bo chicken sandwich and fries. It was warm, crispy and delicious. I don’t like pickes- but I liked this one. Very happy with our meal. And your staff is so, so friendly. Plus, Ms. Sylvia, came up to us, asked us how our meal was and asked us to come again.
