My boyfriend and I wanted some fried chicken and live not too far from this Bojangles that JUST opened. So they ask me to pull to the extra parking spaces from the window with 3 cars in line maybe, i was like okay thank youu. patiently waited the supposed “5” minutes ( 15-20? ). I asked for no gravy on potatoes simple, extra clumpy gravy. Got the gallon of sweet tea. Got some extra in the bag itself just splashing around..and we got 4 biscuits, it was supposed to be 10 for the family meal but i guess we just pay to get whatever they feel like giving us . love bojangles but this one needs to do background checks before they hire the employees .

Some of your employees need to figure out what fast food is all about. The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because the female shift leader that was walking to tables and making sure each and every customer had what they needed order wise. She even managed to diffuse a situation with another drive thru customer that had come inside very frustrated that her order was wrong! And loudly complaining that the workers were instead outside on a smoke break. So kudos to that young lady whoever she was. She deserves a Merritt award for her efforts!

Let’s be honest, these days it’s hard to find great food and great service at any restaurant! Therefore, I always make special request to ensure my money is being spent on quality food. I’ve visited this location a few times since they opened and I love how the staff (especially Andrew, one of the Managers) never makes me feel like a bother! They make my food as requested with no problem at all. Thank you for the pleasant experience; I truly appreciate it!

Food is Always fresh! Great Quality & Taste delicious. The Chicken is always Golden, not dark like some of the other Bojangles in the area. The staff is really nice and cares about the customers. This is the best Bojangles in Fort Mill with excellent customer service!! Hands down!!!

Truly the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Came inside and there was one person waiting, there was about 2 hours till close. I thought nice, gonna get my food and get o it quick. I order and start waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Meanwhile this person who’s waiting for their food, they are related to one of the workers. They get in an argument right there in the store, to the point of yelling. The customer is yelling that her food is taking forever and they somehow have no biscuits.

The last three times we’ve ordered from this location they have gotten our order wrong – missing sides, mixed up chicken orders, blueberry biscuits instead of regular ones in a combo (that one worked out okay the blueberry biscuits are delicious!) It takes a long time to get the order and an even longer time to correct it. They will correct it and remake the food, and the food has always been good, but the hassle and frustration are not worth it anymore. Until they correct whatever is causing these horrible efficiency and quality problems, I do not recommend this Bojangles.

I don’t know who the old dude behind the glass is, that makes the biscuits during the weekdays, but DANG he’s killing it!!! Thought my Nana’s biscuits rocked. Wow, just WOW!!!! Favorite spot for me and the crew for breakfast and lunch. Food is great, friendly service. Three thumbs up, five stars.

Worst Bojangles ever! 45 minutes wait, everything wrong, things burnts, and over crisp. The building being new is the only nice thing! Staff was on drugs and smoking consistently outside! Disgusting behavior will never return, and being calling corporate after the maybe manager on duty refuses because she still provided “Food”. Should be shut down, or complete restarted.(crazy for a store that just opened). DO not go, Will be scammed by workers and left hungry and waiting. Came in at 8:05, left at 9;00. Extremely patiented and treated like garbage. Friends order was also prepared as horrible. They gave them a Blueberry biscuit for his ham and cheese. Disgusting! Never attend!

Stopped in yesterday, my friend ordered the grill chicken sandwich, only one person was in front of us waited about 10 minutes get the sandwich and the chicken is raw on a soggy bun… Had to wait another 10 or 15 minutes to get another sandwich people standing around like they doesn’t know what to do and do not care. The manager act like he doesn’t know how to manage a restaurant. They need to do better.

Got our order wrong, had to wait 25 minutes on our food (still got order wrong), biscuits were hard as a rock, and the egg looked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. We also noticed that the employees were making fun of the customers behind their backs when they complained about their food! Not a great first impression!
