Loud music playing inside the restaurant. You could hear it through the drive thru speaker. The woman had to ask what my order was three times because of the music they had playing. The fries were cold and cooked in old grease. The chicken was burned and also cooked in old grease. Waste of $16.00 and I was on the interstate before I noticed. So, I couldn’t return it. Horrible place!!

I was pleased to see this restaurant was very clean when i wallked in. It was my first time visiting this establishment. I can count one hand how many reviews i have made. This review definitely needs to be posted. I was greeted this morning by two pleasant young ladies. My order was exactly what I ordered. I appreciate the young man that “built” my biscuits with pride and not just slapped together…..I will definitely be back.

Upon arrival asking in one man in front of us to order after he ordered we waited 15 mins to place our own order. 5 people up front too busy on their phones and discussing non work related buisness while we stood there. The food area was disgusting, drink area disgusting trash running over! They should all be fired Or corporate needs to get involved as nasty as that place is.

I hate to leave bad reviews but I have to be honest. The service at this place was atrocious. I was asked to wait when I pulled up to the speaker and literally sat there for at least 5 mins. I eventually pulled up to the window to see what was going on and still wasn’t acknowledged. My next step was to go on the inside and place my order. The cashier informed me that they didn’t have the item I wanted so I changed my order. The sweet tea in the dining room was empty and majority of the drinks weren’t available. I had to inform the employees instead of them informing me. I told the employee that I didn’t want the drink considering it was only dark soda available and I refused to give it to my child. Instead of giving me a refund considering the inconvenience, she just threw the cup away. The other employee told her to give me a refund but I could tell the training was scarce at this location. I gathered my items that were available and left. If I have to visit this location again and things are better, I will update my review.

They have the worst food. Biscuit are dry and hard. Chicken and ham. Was overcooked, dry, like leather! could not eat it. This is my 4th time in past 2 months. Each time trying to give them a chance. Horrible…..

It amazes me how places like this stay open. Restaurant and bathroom were very dirty. Toilet seat in the men’s restroom was not secure. A older gentleman went to use it and almost fell to the floor. One employee observed handling a cellphone while touching/preparing food. Employees were taking their breaks with so much work/cleaning to be done. Chemical spray bottles were on top of the food prep area.

Restaurant dirty, wobbly tables, out of chicken strips, service was adequate, and bathrooms not clean. Chicken sandwich was bland and not fresh. Food overall was average at best. In dire need of some TLC.
