Incredibly rude employees. Don’t ask for anything at the window because they will ignore you or throw it at you. Would not let me finish my order just told me to pull up. Also had several hairs in my box. I will never return to this location.

Cashier got the order wrong. Was rude, no customer care in the world for the whole store. Ordered a Cajun chicken biscuit combo add egg and cheese and it was plain supposed to have gotten a large sweet tea and got a regular unsweetened tea. Never again

They have the rudest staff working there. I love my job and I love the people I work with and this is why I am good to others because of my environment, if these girls don’t like their job or like their environment they need to step out the field and find something that they enjoy doing. It’s no one’s fault if they lack experience or education, and fast food is the only thing they’re left with as employment. No paying customer should have to put up with the nasty attitude from anyone there or anywhere else. These kids need to learn we’re in a generation where we match energies, and they can’t just be treating and talking to people poorly that keep them employed.

I am sick of this happening. I went before 9:00 PM and the drive thru told me they were closed. I saw at least three people inside, if you aren’t taking my order what are you there getting paid for? Not the first time this has happened, I am disgusted by their attitude on Cherry road.

Drive-thru, no greeting just “go ahead with your order”. Pulling up to to the window the worker barely acknowledged I was there, when she handed my change back she crumpled the receipt around the change. Once I got home, the soda did not have enough syrup in it to make the correct ratio, the honey mustard was busted open, no napkins or utensils were either box. Overall very disappointing outting for BoJangles

Tried to contact you by phone but was unable to get through. Evidently some sort of drive through prank when they throw the biscuit halves and meat into the multiple biscuit order bag, fold up the paper biscuits are supposed to be wrapped in, include that, and withhold requested condiments. Entire bag went straight into the trash. I was very polite during entire ordering process so do not understand this response at all.
