I love Bojangles as much as the next person but the lady speaking to her coworker this morning the way she did in front of the customers should be fired. There was clearly miscommunication between workers about what chicken was ready. However. I does not give the lady a right to address the other lady running the window the way she did. If you’re unhappy with your job just go find another one and not make everyone you work with miserable.

It’s a shame that get charged for adding on to your order and the humans in the drive through can’t get your order right. It wasn’t even busy, this Bojangles is steady going down…try hiring people that can count!!…

Ordered 3pc meal with 3 sides Mac n chz, coleslaw and mashed potato n gravy. Girl was friendly and polite. Was surprised that you don’t get a drink with 3pc dinner want to charge extra 2.49. Don’t know if this is the norm I don’t eat at Bojangles enough to lnow. But this is not the employees fault that is a business issue with Bojangles. Only other thing is asked for butter and honey and she said they don’t have butter also did not get napkins, utensils or receipt.

I was livid when I left and will never go back. DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS A DAY IN ADVANCE!! It will not be ready on the time you selected ( I waited 30 minutes past my pickup time) and didn’t get all the side items that I ordered.
