There was a note on the drive thru line saying come inside. I asked if I could order in the drive through bc it’s raining and I have a 5 month old in the car. Manager asked if I could read and said If I wanna order then to come inside. Obviously doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Will never return.

I work off of Bettis Academy and have few choices for lunch here. I’ve gone to this particular Bojangles multiple times only because of needing a change from McDonald’s. You are better off with McDonald’s.

Waited 20 minutes for some to come to the counter and take our order. All while two workers walked in and out of the store talking on there phones. Food was nasty I’ve never seen oily Mac and cheese until I came to this place. Definitely my last time going to a bojangles.

Ordered online 10 minutes ahead of time so that it would be ready before I arrived. Once I arrived and hit the im here button I waited 15 minutes and still had not received my order so I called the restaurant and was told it would be another 2 minute wait for dark meat on my order. Once I finally got my order which was longer than 2 minutes, it had been almost 40 minutes since I placed the order to begin with. This location wasn’t busy at all and 5 cars were in and out of the drive through in the time I waited. The only comp. I received was they gave me a large drink instead of the medium I ordered, but the extra gravy I ordered for my mash potatoes was placed on the side and my bo rounds (only 3 were put in my box) were dumped in the gravy so they were soggy. Won’t be ordering from this location again, very disappointed.

We frequent Bojangles, but this was our first time at this location. If you go here, make sure to check your food before you leave when going through the drive through! Not only did they forget our coleslaw, but the mixed chicken and supremes we got were a joke! We love Bojangles, but we’ll never come back to this location.

No one is ever available at the drive thru. We waited in line for 30 minutes today and had several angry people go into the store and then drive away. Finally, someone complained enough and then the guy over the speaker said food would be 20-30 minutes. It looks like everyone drove off. I don’t foresee this location staying open long unless things change drastically.

Best ladies at any restaurant I have been to in a long while. Even tho they they were short handed ,the nicest lady let me come in and order since I was at the truck stop and could not use the drive. Thank you to all the ladies working at this bojangles on 8 9 23 at 745 to 8 a.

Definitely getting much better here lately but not there yet. Wait at order board takes way to long. It’s always dead silence then they ask you to wait forever when no one is even in line. We factory workers only have a brief few moments to get food.

This place is horrible! I have been here numerous times and have either had to wait, the drive thru is down or they are out of something. I waited today in line for 10 minutes before someone came to the speaker and took my order. They were not polite at all. I ordered my meal and was told it would be a 5 minute wait on the chicken strips. I said that was fine and that I might as well wait 5 after I’ve already waited 10. Got to window and my order was ready. I got home and turns out they gave me no sauce and the chicken was dry and I could break in 2. Also on top of that was spicy and not normal which I can’t eat. I will not be back. It is a shame to have that resturaunt be so bad in our community.
