This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this particular Bojangles. The first time I went it was about 45 minutes to an hour before closing and I went through the drive thru to order. I ordered a family meal only to be told they were out of all sides except Mac and cheese which was fine .. but I get to the window only to be told they only had 8 pieces of chicken left because I ordered a 12 they couldn’t fill my order mind you it was plenty of time before closing they could have made more. i was still fine I told them it was okay I would take the 8 .. they then said they only had white meat left because I asked for all dark.. it was very annoying because this could have been said while I was ordering my food not when I got to the window… the second time which is pictured below, I ordered through door dash.. my door dash delivery person got to the restaurant only to be told “they didn’t have my order” after the door dasher showed them my order they then commenced to fix it. When it got to me (I literally stay 2 minutes up the road) my food look like it had been sitting out for days . The rice is hard and the Mac and cheese is cold. The picture don’t even do it justice! The meat inside the rice looks very old. I’m sooooo angry with this particular Bojangles I will not return.. ever!!

They have a 2.5 star rating on yelp and I see why now. We ordered 2x number 1s and an orange juice. They gave us a raw sandwich and an ice cold old sour one that was clearly left on the counter for an hour or more. They didn’t give me my sauces or my orange juice ..or even half my food and refused to let me return it. Their lobby is locked and the drive thru was packed to the street … I’m out 17 dollars now and all I have to show for it is 2 disgusting excuses for food and half my order missing . Never again.

Worst experience ordered the new chicken fingers. They look plump on the screen. When I go then home they were super thin and small. My sons mashed potato side had the consistency of ice cream. No wonder there was no one there. If you do not want to waste money stay away.

Went this morning to get a spicy chicken filet biscuit for breakfast and the service was great. The lady that assisted me at the drive through was very nice and she didn’t leave anything outside of my bag. My food was hot when I received it although my chicken was a little dry unlike what I’m used to with Bojangles chicken biscuits.

The employee giving the order to the customer should ALWAYS PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL, especially at the drive thru window… Who wants to have items missing during a breakfast run before work? Nobody. The COVID-19 pandemic is over so fast-food restaurants have no excuse not having their drive-thru routines right!

Going thru their drive thru is the worst. Their afternoon shift, these are the most laziest group I’ve ever seen. They told me to pull up they will bring my food out. I only ordered 3pc meal and it’s taking while 30 mins ♀️

This was my first time inside Bojangles it was super clean in the lobby the guy that was out there cleaning did a good job besides the nets flying around the sweet tea the employees was super nice especially the young man that was working from counter he was super nice to me and gave outstanding customer service 10 out of 10 I asked how long the chicken been out he didn’t make up some answer on the fly he went to get an answer which I appreciate I was carrying my baby and he offered to carry my family Bojangles box to the car to help me which I was taken back by his willingness to go the beyond ro help me he represented the business and location well he just remain up front to keep provinding his amazing service I will definitely go out my way again to get their and buy my family meals thanks to the amazing service from the staff such an amazing team

Went through drive thru, asked for sweet tea and 2 steak biscuits. Got to the window, ask for jelly, got UNSWEETENED TEA and NO jelly, asked the young lady again after looking in my bad and no jelly, she rolled her eyes at me and gave me 2 packs and shut her window. Do ppl who work serving the public not realized, without the customer you don’t have a paycheck?? Never giving my money to this location ever again!

I order #14 and when she repeated my order she said you want #12. With mashed potatoes and cole slaw. I said No, I want #14 with mashed potatoes and cole slaw. She said ok got it. I also ordered a tea. Never was charged for the tea and never received one. I get home and I have #12. But got charged for #14.

Bojangles has very good chicken, and in my humble opinion the best biscuits of any fast food restaurant. The only thing is for some crazy reason they decided to do away with Bo sauce, which makes no sense. I really miss that!
