Service is always incredibly slow to no fault of the employees. An average order is 5-10mins to place with another 10-15 to get filled. This morning took 25mins to fill an order. They are severely short staffed and there’s no manager visible ever. Food is good and properly prepared and good but this store had chronic management and staffing issues. The employees working are wonderful so please don’t blame them.

We have ate here for years. It used to be great when the original store manager was there. Since she left it has been a mess. They can’t even keep the doors open for normal hours. There used to be a fella that would keep everything stocked and the dining area spotless. There is no leadership, apparently. Sad what this place has become.

I waited for 50 minutes in the drive thru. There were 5 other cars in the line. I waited for them to take my order for 10 minutes. Terrible service and they never even apologized for me having to wait so long. The man working who gave me my order was very short with me and not friendly. Very disappointed especially after seeing so many reviews have the same problems as I am.

9 out of 10 times I can’t get service in the drive through in the mornings. This morning, told to wait, 4 min later I asked for help, the guy fussed me out. I left. This location needs to be sold to better managers.

When a customer arrives at the drive thru and is greeted with “you gotta give me a minute” then let’s you wait several minutes with his mic open. And once he does address you he says, “yeah, you gotta give me another minute” . The mic was open Mr. Gotta! Screwing with customers in drive thru may be cute but it doesn’t help Bojangles’ business.

Its Sunday at noon 4th of July weekend. How is this place still in business? The dining room is closed??? They really need someone competent to run this store. Family used to go here every Sunday. NEVER AGAIN!!! I HOPE THEY SHUT IT DOWN!!!

The service at this location is so bad. We put in an order for Father’s Day the day before to be picked up at 12:20, they hadn’t even started it until we got here at 12:20. We have been waiting 30 mins so far and no end in site.

I would give NO stars if I could. Hickory Flat GA Location is horrible!!! Ordered 3 pce chckn supm …SOO disgusting. Chicken was anything but tender and the fries were like potato chips. They didn’t even take the time to put them in the paper holder. They were thrown in the bottom of the box. Stay away. Bojangles has gone up in price and down in quality. I’m done with them!

Multiple tries at this location. Always asked at drive thru to park and wait for food when no one else is in line to help their drive thru times. Then long waits while parked and order is incorrect or missing items every time.
