The food was delicious and the visit was overall great. However, I ordered 2 #8 add steak and a #7. Somehow I got up charged for larger borounds and large drinks for all the meals when all I said was the numbers of the meals and to add steak. I got up charged a total of $4.50. if it was just a drink I wouldn’t mind but $4.50? This is unacceptable.

Good food, poor time management. I placed an order online, and when I arrived at the scheduled time to pick it up, I found out my food hadn’t even been started. I was the only customer inside, with 3 or 4 staff, and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to actually prepare it.

They no longer serve chicken biscuits! We got gravy bisc (2) biscuits were really small & gravy had no flavor, it needed salt & pepper. Fries were REALLY salty, water tasted bad. Son got a spicy chicken biscuit, biscuit was good but chicken was dry

Just updated my review, this Bojangles has extremely unpredictable hours. Despite saying that they were open at 6 this morning, nobody came to the window or took my order when I showed up a couple minutes before 7. I only stopped because their hours are posted online, and it says they open at 6. This is like the fifth time I’ve come by and the place isn’t open an hour after it was meant to be.

7/15/2023 ****UPDATE*****Remodel seems complete. Dining room open. So what? If you can’t get waited on what was it all for. Put lip stick on a pig. It’s still a pig. Lost my business again. I walked out without ordering. Old reviews>It pains me to make this post because Bojangles (Main Street Cartersville) is one of my favorite restaurants for breakfast. Today was not a good experience for me. My biscuit was raw in the middle, not wet from the egg, RAW, picture included. Someone had to see this when adding the bacon and egg inside. Then my seasoned fries were cooked overdone to the point I would almost say they were cooked twice. Since Covid-19 has hit, I’ve noticed a lot of personnel changes and with it, increasingly poorer service. The health score has dropped into the upper 80’s. I love my Bojangles and I want to see it come back to its former glory. The owners and management need this feedback though before it will improve. It is difficult to give feedback when the dinning room is closed. Sorry it had to be here. **Update** So its been months since my original post. 1. The score is still in the low 80’s. This doesnt inspire confidence. 2. Its past time you reopened the dining room. 3. The service in the drivethru is still mediocre.**Update** I keep trying to come here. Now its on me. Score improved to an 89. NO ICE twice now. Didn’t have my drink flavor. Dining room still closed. There will now have to be a “Under New Management Sign” before I come back. Sorry guys. There is no excuse for letting it go this far.

Bojangles is sooo consistent with great quality breakfast. They are one of the last fast food chains with REAL pork sausage! The borounds potatoes took me a while to like because they have onions but I love them now. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit is a winner!!!

We had to wait to give our order even though there wasn’t another person in line. We were then asked to repeat our order 3-4 times as the kids who worked there laughed and played in the background. When we spoke it would take a while for the girl to respond. After trying to place our second order and again being asked to repeat ourselves we told them to forget. As we drove by the window we told the kids working there if they would stop goofing off and listen they would have more customers. Then they started making loud, obnoxious, noises and laughing and being smart butts. This is more of a daycare than a restaurant. An adult should be on site with these children.
