Ordered food and had to go to the counter to ask about my food twice. Finally after 25 minutes I received my food. The manager said at first it was because bo rounds were cooking which were cold then he said chicken was cooking. Basically said not his problem. Did not even offer an apology for it taking so long.

Visited this establishment while traveling based on a Google search. When we arrived we were able to pull in without incident because the place wasn’t busy. By time we exited our vehicle the drive thru line extended out into the street. We entered the lobby almost ahead of the rush.

This morning my husband ordered him, our daughter, and myself a biscuit and a family fry. Well, we received a half-full large fry I called the manager and he said yes that is the family fry. So for $4.49 you can receive your own “family fry”. Pictures will be added.

I always say this is the last time I order from the Cedartown GA location. Why order on the app and be given a time for pickup if the food will not be ready. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes because they were cooking the chicken for my order I placed 30 minutes earlier. The manager on duty didn’t offer an apology just simply walked off and stayed out of sight.

I ordered a curbside order, placed the order before I left my house. Drove 10 mins to the restaurant and still ended up waiting 45 mins for my order. I called after about 20 min to inquire about it and I was told just one more minute, that they were waiting on some supremes to be done, waited another 10-15 mins, called again and was told they were too busy to bring my order out and that I would need to go into the store. My daughter had to go in, I was not feeling well which is why I ordered curbside to begin with. It’s disappointing how awful the service is here now and I absolutely dread going. My children love the chicken but I will not be returning to this location.

Just went through the Drive thru for breakfast. I ordered a Cajun chicken combo, the chicken biscuit was cold and dry and the bo rounds must have been cooked hours before. Definitely not worth $8! Disappointing because this use to be a good place to stop.

Thought the curbside pickup would be faster since I ordered ahead but didn’t realize they would just leave my food sitting there and not bring it out. Had to go in and get it myself. Got there at 10:30 waited outside after checking in on the app for 15 to 20 minutes didn’t leave until 11:00 with my food. The drive thru would have been quicker. If you don’t do curbside then don’t offer it or advertise it
