I have picked up here for breakfast and lunch. The man who owns this place never comes across very friendly though his business depends on customer service and when ordering for lunch they are very often unable to fulfill your order for various reasons- staffing or supply. Either way, Ole Tymer’s Barbecue has better biscuits and better service and is just up the road. The only downside, is that Ole Tymer’s is not open on Sundays. Regardless, when I’m picking up biscuits for my family I prefer to patronize another establishment and if possible avoid this specific location of Bojangles.

Props on the food and how fast the service is. But any time THEY get my order wrong they want to have an attitude like they don’t want to fix it. I order a bacon and cheese biscuit. They forget the cheese on my biscuit. Go back and they’re like oh just pull on around we’ll give you a piece of cheese. WHAT?! Hell no I want a whole new biscuit it’s not my fault YALL forgot my cheese!! Find a new hobby

Don’t go to this Bojangles; especially, if you’re Black. The white man at the window is a complete RACIST!!! He threw my card back at me when I questioned the additional charge for card users vs. cash. Blatant racism and rudeness are both unacceptable. It’s 2023. Get over it already! Hope he doesn’t consider himself a Christian acting like that.

The gentleman that works the drive thru here we’ve placed our order with a few times is always so professional, kind, courteous and very efficient. The food has always been fresh. This Bojangles is kinda like Cheers it’s where everybody knows your name, even your voice through the drive-thru speaker! Always hot and fresh and served with a smile. The only drawback is they are closed after 2. Love that I have plenty of time to be able to get breakfast and I don’t have to rush to get there before a 10:30 time limit. The biscuits are the best!

I have known Keith for many years and he is definitely the people pleasing guy. He cares about his customers and by far is the best bojangles in Floyd County. When you order something as small as just bacon and make it crunchy bacon well Keith has it made just perfect and he’s not stingy with any of his foods. You ask for something extra, by goodness that’s what you get. Plenty of it. Great customer service and food service.
