Today was about the fifth time in a year we have been to this location. The service, food, and atmosphere was so bad before today that it’s been a couple of months since the last time. But thank God that all changed today !!! All new crew of friendly people (with good attitudes), nice inviting atmosphere, clean!!! I’m not saying the old crew was all bad, some were really nice but We were actually surprised to see the doors unlocked and people inside eating. And the bathroom actually smelled good!!! Before there was a stench in the bathroom that would actually ruin your appetite!!! And it smelled that way every time I ever went in there!!! Oh I hope and pray it stays the way it is now!!! It feels like a different place, like a nice functioning restaurant!!! There were cars all in the parking lot and people inside enjoying themselves. We had a great experience there today,

Placed a curbside order ahead of time, drove to the store and waited at curbside for 20 mins and saw about 5 cars go through drive through and no one came out with our food or let us know of an issue.

Food was great but the service was so-so. Cashier seemed new to the job but did not give much effort and was not friendly at all. Though, as someone who has worked in a restaurant, I do appreciate the manager. She was training the new employee and her technique and advice was fantastic; very commendable.

Got a chicken biscuit from here today. The chicken was sorely undercooked. Was pink, spongy and slimy in the middle. After a few bites, I had to throw away the whole thing. Worst part is, I couldn’t even call to let anyone know because the phone number doesn’t connect! Please get your phone number updated! It’s hit or miss here. Disappointing because it’s not like they are that busy to make mistakes like this. If you get food from here, I highly recommend checking everything before you leave. That way you can go back in and get it addressed.

Upon entering there was no one at the register. A few seconds later an employee came in and took my order. They let me know they were out of chicken and it was going to be a while. So I waited, and waited, and waited. For 45+ minutes I sat and watched them serve several drive-thru and door dash customers. Eventually someone asked if I was waiting. At this point I was incensed. I ordered a 20 piece family meal and I know it takes a while but almost an hour!? And the manager didn’t even have the professional courtesy to talk to me. They sent an employee to offer free sides/bo berry biscuits and rushed me out the door.

If you ask for your food cooked to order, you will be pleased. I don’t think they get a lot of business which means food sits and gets hard. They are more than happy to fry it fresh…but please know it will take at least 20 mins. It’s worth it per my husband.

Something is wrong with the Bo-rounds at this location! I left a review before about how great the service and food was at this location but something has changed in the taste of the food! The biscuits are not cooked until done and golden brown and the bo rounds are not flavored and instead of crispy and brown they are crusty and strange ! Not just once but on multiple visits! Customer service is still amazing!!! food?….. not so much

One star because I couldn’t do ZERO!!!! We ordered dinner from you and every single bit of it was absolutely disgusting! The pintos couldn’t get any more dry and cold. The Mac & Chesse was greasy af and cold. The biscuits were hard as a rock. The chicken was cold and tasted like it had been set out all day. So very disappointing!! Absolutely ZERO STARS
