First time at Bojangles,, the service was nice she let me sample the beans,,mmm, they were yummy! But my chicken tenders were dry and the breading was like they were frozen,,and that I didn’t like! the cajun rice was delicious! I don’t like biscuits neither, but the cashier was really trying to be nice,so she threw one in 4 me to try!,,very sweet of her . Man!, I was delicious !! Thank you! Ill b back!

Sweet employees but they don’t deserve to be low staffed. This is a very busy Bojangles and I really really hope they change management and truly get someone in there that makes coming to work enjoyable so employees stay. The low staffing is definitely an issue. Chicken is always good and fresh but they NEED help. There needs to be more incentive for people to work at these fast food restaurants because right now there is nothing.

My experience wasn’t great the girl who took my order was nice the wait was long plus they put Christmas sprinkles on my biscuit for some reason also my fries was cold flat and definitely was under the heat lamp to long. Very disappointed!!!

Honestly I really haven’t seen or known that their was a Bojangles here in GA… The last I’ve seen one was back in Miami.. lol I’ve been here since 99.. I really hope that they expand closer to Jonesboro.. ( sometimes I wish that they combine with Popeyes… It would be the perfect breakfast lunch and dinner to experience!!! ) Well for a man of my cravings .

Not sure what happened, but this used to be a great Bojangles. I used to frequent here for lunch breaks and now I struggle even thinking about going here for any meal. They constantly forget things, they leave food items out when you’re in the drive thru. And by the time you realize you’re missing something, it’s not even worth driving all the way back. I don’t recommend this place anymore.

Cajun biscuits freshly baked (thanks) but crumbly. Break up into several pieces before you can do anything. Also taste/flavor was not what I have received in the past, especially on order of greater than a dozen.

This location is absolutely terrible. The food is good but the girl that takes the orders at the drive through and she gives you your food, she is a miserable person. She is about 16 years old and she is so incredibly rude. She makes you feel like you are an inconvenience when you are ordering. I understand this isn’t Chick fil a and it’s not “their pleasure” to serve us but I wish they would hire people who weren’t downright mean and disrespectful. I confronted her on how rude she was and she yelled “I spit in your food” when I was driving off. So that was awesome.

I went through drive thru Wednesday 2/15/23. I asked why rating is 70 (C). New General Manager said she just started, but promised ratings will get better. I ordered sausage biscuit combo. I see why rating is so low. The sausage biscuit was horrible. Hard crusted half done biscuit and hard terrible sausage.

Very disappointed….i ordered a steak biscuit and bo rounds the steak biscuit was NASTY and OVER COOKED the bo rounds NASTY OVER COOKED and LOADED WITH GREASE bo jangles steak biscuits use to be so good YRS AGO idk what these resturants are doing now a days ALL of these restaurants are just rushing throwing food and orders together these restaurants don’t put love and care into preparing food or presentation anymore I just wish Mrs. Winner’s was still around they had THE BEST steak biscuits, chicken, tea EVERYTHING…..BRING MRS. WINNER’S BACK .
