I had the best experience today at this location. We came through the drive thru around 3pm. The person who was on the speaker taking my order was so friendly and polite. I had to wait a few minutes for the blueberry biscuits so they asked me to pull up. The person who brought out the food was kind as well and didn’t mind going back in to get my receipt. The food was fresh and hot and our drinks were cold and flavorful. I really appreciate the service me and my son got today. We were on our way to visit our aunt at the nursing home in Jackson. She enjoyed her meal, my son did, and I did too. Thank you.

the breakfast is ok it’s normally a last option when i’m needing a break from other restaurants. the reason 4 my low rating on the service is there’s 1 particular person who works @ the drive thru she’s rude,mean-spirited ~whose personality isn’t suitable 4 customer service at all. she’s a very tall white woman who was ready 2 argue with me saying i didn’t order a soda with my meal. if my passenger didn’t confirm that i did i wouldn’t have got my soda that day. that’s why i don’t go there often. she’s terrible and as i reiterate just doesn’t have the personality 4 customer service !

Every single time I come here for chicken it’s always a 15 to 30 min wait for chicken. Like this is ridiculous. I have wait in line now I got to wait 15min for chicken. The cashier told me atleast it’s fresh. Smh
