The food is only good when they have certain staff in the kitchen. Im sorry, but some folks just can’t cook. The bacon should not still look raw when it hits your biscuit. I don’t know why for the life of me ppl find that to be good. I like to eat bacon that has a bit of a crisp, not chewy. Again, it’s only like that when certain PEOPLE are in the kitchen.

Customer service is horrible, majority of employees always provide service with an attitude – when picking up mobile orders they never provide simple things like drink carries, straws, napkins – never ever a greeting like (welcome to Bojangles or hello, what can we get for you today) – this location is very unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills + restrooms are horrendous and not sanitary

Went to Bojangles for lunch and got a 5 piece meal supposed to come with fries and one fixing. Got no fries with my meal, Cole slaw I ordered is still partially frozen, Dr depper is pretty much Alka-Seltzer water. I tried calling a dozen times and keep getting busy signal. Will never go back to this location again. The entire order was messed up. I feel robbed

Horrible. Dry, cold, old way over salted fries and chicken. My sandwich has to be at least 4 hours old. Never again. Went back and got my money back. Stay away. People look miserable and don’t care at all. Person who refunded me didn’t even try to make it right or offer to remake it or anything. I cannot believe that are still in business.
