I was traveling on 85 and saw a billboard for 2 for $5 steak biscuits The manager naya was nice but refused to honor the advertisement on the billboard she was not customer service oriented she was not interested in pleasing me. She also told me that that billboard was 2 months out of date and when I wanted to order a different menu item she said they were out and that the trucks were not delivering the food they were out of a lot of things or very short. Not a good experience

I am very upset with the service that we did not get tonight. We stopped in after a football game. It was 9:15. The sign on the door said they close at 10. The doors were locked. An employee saw us and came to the door. He told us that the dining room closed at 9 but that we could come inside to order. There were 6 of us. There really was only one young man out front working. It seemed clear that he was doing a drive through order. The employee that let us in had disappeared. In a few minutes, the manager came out and began “working “. I’m not sure what he was doing but he sure did not come speak to us. He sent the young employee over to let us know that they were closing. I don’t want to be unreasonable, and I am sure there might be staffing issues. However, the manager himself should have had the decency to speak to us instead of hiding behind the counter while we were there. I noticed the minute we left he sure seemed happy to come out into the dining room where we had just been. Interesting. So disappointed in this experience.

Food is good but from time to time thing like “no one has showed up so they have nothing ready” or “they only take cash that morning” etc happen and so I’m going to have to find somewhere else if I want breakfast from now on that’s more reliable.

Been sitting here for over 30 minutes first said they had to make more biscuits now there making us wait saying they having to wait on meat to get done. What’s even worst is they aren’t telling people this people are having to mad and call the store or yell at the speaker to get someone to tell them something I would not suggest coming here for breakfast or u will be waiting an hour or more by the time u finally get to get food line wrapped around building

I just started recently eating Bojangles, and it’s not that bad of a place. The reason for my rating is that I had to wait a little longer than I expected in curbside. I wasn’t mad because I saw it was a long line in the drive-through,( I use to work fast food so I know how it can be ) but when the line was clear, I was wondering why my food hadn’t come out. I went inside to let them know I was waiting. They said they didn’t know I was out there waiting and fixed my order. They were very kind about the situation and gave me an extra sweet potato pie due to not having an item in stock. The team had a good attitude they didn’t get upset with me, and I really appreciate that.

This place usually had good service and the chicken is juicy. But today was bad. They asked me to wait an extra 15 minutes after I called and asked if they have it ready. The chicken was over cooked and hard. I mean they gave me biscuits i didn’t ask for. But i would prefer what i ordered, which is juicy fried chicken instead.
